When I ordered a product by mistake, a LuckyVitamin representative was offering to make good before I could finish my sentence. Kudos to this company for true customer service. They obviously care about customer satisfaction above all else. They have earned my business moving forward. Hope you will reward them with your business as well.

Tried LuckyVitamin because it carried a particular brand at a lower price point. Have re-ordered along with a few other unexpected items found onsite.
Each order was easy to choose the product, the number and place in shopping cart. Easy checkout and processing.
Ordering and receiving my orders were quick, correct and well-packaged - no damaged or expired items. Customer service, when contacted for a question was friendly, quick, efficient and knowledgeable.

I just finished my second time ordering the same product from your website (Alter Eco Super Dark Blackout Bars). For some reason, it didn't recognize me as a repeat customer and since there are apparent benefits to repeat customers, that was a disappointment. Other than that, your pricing is reasonably competitive and your free shipping is a great money saver. Keep it up.

I've been ordering ALL our organic teas without exception from Lucky Vitamin for the last several years. They have a great selection of individually wrapped, organic, decaffeinated teas saving me valuable time by providing one stop shopping w/o leaving my home. Their shipping department gets 5 stars for packaging. We normally place a large order and all have been received in pristine condition, thanks to the meticulous packaging. Service keeps us updated with the status of our order from placement and shipping thru delivery.

I have ordered from this site many times, with great success. Once, a box of tea was damaged in transit, and they immediately shipped me a new one. Their prices are great, and the site is very easy to navigate. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered Yogi teas from here for the first time. The prices were excellent compared to where I had been previously buying tea so gave them a shot. They delivered very fast and had no issues so I immediately placed a second order and so far so good. I would recommend it to anyone interested in using organic products, vegan foods, other vitamin products, etc. They send out regular coupons via email which is also very helpful.

I was immediately impressed with the user friendly interface of the e-commerce website. The customer service was excellent, ensuring there were no substitutes sent for products I purchased. Care in shipping was taken but if items arrived damaged customer care replaced them at no additional cost to me. I've written Ebates numerous times requesting that they carry LV. Glad that it happened!

I ordered some vitamins online from this company as the prices were very reasonable. What they don't tell you is it takes TEN days to get your order (I have been out of my vitamins which are key to keeping my migraines away). Needless to say, just discovered that their "Standard Shipping" is performed by a snail family. The time frames they give you on their website are misleading and had I known, I would never have placed my order to save a few bucks. On top of that, they don't even have a customer service phone number to call, you have to email them! What kind of company doesn't have a customer service phone number? They finally responded via email, no help, just "Sorry for your inconvenience." Not acceptable as I sit here with a migraine!

Found some stuff on here that's cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. Cheap shipping for smaller orders. My only complaint is that the site is a bit slow and clunky, and the shipping options can be weird at times.

Solid website, would have preferred actual picture of label for ingredients because some were not listed in product summary, and we Keto people are extremely particular about ingredients. They said shipping was slow and they were correct, but it got here.

The website contains a huge variety of healthy organic products. What made me especially happy was seeing the inclusion of Korean beauty and skin care products. Overall, I really like LuckyVitamin and will definitely be coming back to purchase more things.

Since I live in Australia, shipping costs for American products can get really prohibitive. Fortunately, not only is the price for my fave oil cheaper than what's stocked elsewhere, the shipping cost is also a lot lower. I'll definitely be ordering again and again. Thanks LV.

I've been looking for reasonably priced Namaste Foods gluten-free products and have finally found the online site for all my needs. There is a great selection of other GF products as well. This is my first time ordering from Lucky Vitamin.

As It was my first shopping and my item isn't with me yet, I really don't have so much to say, but thank you for consider vegan options, and is nice you can put promos or something like that to get benefits for being client :)

This site has products that I want that other similar sites don't. Lucky Vitamin USED to ship really fast, but it seems in the last year they have slowed down their shipping quite a bit, which lost it a star from me. Their search function also seems a little clunky--

I have the hardest time navigating this website. Also, their packaging is always less than desirable. I want to organize the list but it only gives me one page of products then spits me back out to the main page. Trying to enter a different credit card is next to impossible too.
I wish there was a function to delete previously used cards. Makes me question the security. I've learned to order things that don't have liquid because when they arrive the liquid will be all over the other products. The company is good about replacing the liquid item but it doesn't account for the goop all over everything else.

I have been searching for a specific product that I cannot get anywhere else it seems these days and Lucky Vitamin had it! YAY! Price was about $1.50 more per box but it is a must have item. Other products I ordered were less than what I typically pay elsewhere. Great experience so far!

I have yet to find better prices for the high quality brands Lucky Vitamin carries, and for this they get my 4 stars.
Having said that, the customer service can be very slow to respond. After several emails they eventually solved the problem of receiving an empty bottle of supplements.

I've purchased from LUCKY and been a loyal customer for many years. I've learned so much from the product information plus my own research. I have never been disappointed! I trust them as my main resource for supplements and fun items like candles and make-up. I even bought my VITA MIX years ago and got the best price anywhere. Of the many products I buy here are some; mung beans for sprouts, mushroom powder for immune support, tart cherry as a sleep aid and joint pain relief, magnesium for 300 biochemical functions in the body---the possibilities are endless! I have compared other supplement sights and still find the overall Lucky Vitamin regular pricing to be competitive. It is also nice to get free shipping, discounts at times and their service is very good.
