Completely satisfied is what I call Lucky vitamin. Ive been using this site for well over 10 years and Im always very happy. If there is an issue it is solved by customer service pleasantly. I like the coupons and savings. I like that the products are always top-of-the-line. I got hooked on Lucky vitamin from my daughter, from there I told my sisters and now we all use it. The times I have used your company have been a blessing. I was so in need of my products and they always seem to get here fast and in great condition. You really don't hear from me, because I am satisfied. Period!

I have been a frequent customer with interests in muscle bulking, support and recovery for women over 40. I enjoy the wide variety of products which allow me to "change it up" when I feel I am not making gains. Prices reflect the quality. I have also found it easy to cancel auto-ship memberships as well as enjoy the membership discounts for products I cannot tear myself from.

I love it that LuckyVitamin carries most of the products I need and much cheaper then amazon. Although I don't get the prime shipping in 2 days I don't have to wait that long either, I usually get my items within a week without having to pay extra in shipping which is always a bonus. Thank you for the excellent service and products. I had a problem only once where the flour I ordered was not packaged well and fell apart in the box during shipping but the customer service was very quick to respond to my email and sent a free replacement within 2 days as well as followed up with me via phone to make sure I was happy and I love that type of service. Where they actually care about the customer. Thank you for being amazing! You have another loyal customer now :)

They offer coupons but if your not watching they will expire. Either you deserve the coupon or you don't. For their better customers which I am one there should be no expiration date on their coupons... otherwise they are just a hook to get new customers to reorder.

I've ordered from Lucky Vitamin quite a bit, and recently got a 10% coupon, so I ordered $75 worth of products and got a free bar of soap to try, plus free shipping. They have sugar-free, aspartame-free gum and mints that I'm trying this time. Their prices are excellent, and the website is well laid out. I wish that it was easier to view long lists of products, and that their Lucky points were easier and quicker to use, such as to get discounts off of orders.

Be careful with this company if you are in other country. I´m in Portugal and I have ordered some bottles, in September 2018, those were remitted first to Germany and then to Portugal. Something happened the pills were sent back to LuckyVitamin and I never received the pills or the money back. And I´ve sent a lot of e-mails to them asking for a new remittance without success. They have awful rules those say if 90 days is passed from the requirement, they can´t help us. So, they stayed with my pills and with my money. It seems to be very dishonest.

The website is clear and user-friendly but the CN translation is really super awkward. There are too many mistakes which got me so confused about the product details. And when i try to swift the language to EN, but failed. I have to change my delivery destination then the language. I think except DHL, for China including HK or Macau, SF will be the best choice. Not that expensive but best service with fast and safe transportation.

Lucky Vitamin had an amazing selection of everything I needed to order during the shutdown. Now I am still stuck 3 months later and cannot visit my elderly parents, but I can send them all their necessities needed to keep them well supplied without them going out and risking exposure to the virus. Thanks Lucky Vitamins for timely shipping, and easy to order healthy options!

Don't waste your time scrolling through tons of other websites - this is the one! Lowest prices, and if you're product is on back order they keep you up to date on when it will arrive AND do not charge you until the product is shipped! Best prices anywhere! Can't beat them, and if you ever (very rare!) need to contact them their representatives are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks again and again!

I am personally in Canada and I received it ( took the most expensive shipping option so I had tracking and a guarantee of no additional fee). Got everything on the expected date, products are good. :)

I normally don't give reviews; however, I was impressed with what I received with my order, I'm leaving one this time. Prompt shipping. The product booklet with a recipe in it was nice. The gift card for Hello Fresh was a real surprise. I'm actually going to try them out. Their prices are great.

A good amount of items are priced better than anywhere else (in-stores and online). Though not 2 day delivery (unless you pay/pay more), everything comes within a week, less than 2 weeks... and great customer service!:-)

Excellent product selection reasonably priced. The ordering process is very easy to use. I like that you can purchase single items and not bulk items as in warehouse stores. The free shipping $49.00 is very helpful.

Lucky Vitamin has been awesome over the last couple years. Their product selection is great, their prices are great, their quick shipping and free shipping on most orders is unbelievable, and their customer service is the best. Period. Also, they surprise you occasionally with samples of cool new stuff to try. My favorite supplier!

Around 8/23/2019 I made a back-order because they said it will be back in stock within a week. Then they extended it to 3 weeks. Finally after a month I contacted them to cancel. The response was something to the effect like "sorry about that" but nothing about it cannot be cancelled.
Fast forward 3 months later 11/25/19 they sent out this cancelled order without authorization and demanded money from me. When i told them this order was cancelled 3 months ago they responded that back orders cannot be cancelled so I have to pay for it. Then after payment they will take 3 weeks to check things around before refunding money for unauthorized shipment. Told them they are not getting a cent from me and I'll file fraud complaint on them. Then, they quickly changed their tune with saying "just refuse shipment and send it back". I will never do business with them again.

This was the first time I ordered from here. It was an awesome experience. Fast shipping. Loved that all of the bottles were individually wrapped & packed properly in the correct size box I will definitely order again & tell others about my experience

I always can find the products I am looking for easily, and get the best deals. Every product I have ordered ships in a timely manner, and is of great quality! Best place to order your vitamins! Lately I have ordered Core Daily 1 multivitamin. When I receive my product, its always wrapped up very nicely. It has me feeling great, I just take one in the morning every day and holy cow what a difference!

It was easy to find my items quickly. I would rate them 5 stars except for a lack of communication when trying to price match an item... it was only 15 cents different, so I went ahead and ordered from Lucky Vitamin. After 3 attempts to price match, I was frustrated and just gave up... cost me an additional $5 cents overall.

Nice to be able to order my food products, herbs, and essential oils all in one place.
I have never had a problem with receiving my orders as I see some reviews say- hope that continues to be the case.
