Lucky Vitamin

Earlier, I tried another site. It was so hard to navigate and the prices so high that I decided to go back to my normal shopping site, Lucky Vitamin. They were less expensive and so much easier to navigate. Even with the other sites promo codes, my prices were more in line with what my income. I highly recommend this site for any one.

I have been using LuckyVitamin for a couple months now and have found their selection to be outstanding and their prices are great. I even got a free gift! Plus the website is quick and easy to use. Products arrive quickly and I can easily change the shipping address for when I travel.

It's pretty simple. I don't understand these other reviewers complaining about not getting discounts. Seriously? I shop online with many retailers and most of them do not offer discounts. I want the product so I buy it. The prices are good compared to some other sites and I am happy with the product.

I live in a remote area and must order most of my supplements. I've used Amazon and the shipping is quite expensive and it's difficult to order and try and use same vendors, even at higher prices to reduce shipping costs but Lucky Vitamin had everything, at competitive prices and reasonable shipping costs.

Good overall experience for me! Prices are good and finally, i could find an US online retailer that doesn't charge me an arm and a leg for shipping thanks to DHL ecommerce. Other retailers should follow the example as there are so many US products we could buy from Europe where i live if the shipping prices were reasonable, its a win-win situation.

The website doesn't make clear that if you ship to Canada, you will pay shipping AND, when you pick the item up, duty and shipping a second time. I just paid more than $24 dollars to receive a $49 order. I won't be using Lucky Vitamin from Canada again.

I placed an order from the UK and, contrary to some other reviews, had a great experience. I had chosen the fully insured and prepaid customs duty option and the item arrived within 2 weeks (which included the Easter bank holiday weekend!). The item was still A LOT cheaper than it would have been had I bought it directly from the UK. I would recommend!

I enjoy the competitive prices and the variety of products available. I have been ordering for a few years now and I love it. The Auto Ship is also a great idea so you don't have to remember to order. The only problem is the shipping process and the time it takes to receive your order. Not too pleased with this aspect of the website.

Your site said free shipping over $49 and the screen showed no shipping before I charged my Paypal to process. Then the order confirmation informed me that part of my order was not eligible for the free expedited shipping and I was switched over to standard shipping for $7 without my knowledge or consent. Only after the fact. This IS WRONG! I expect a full refund of the shipping costs!

I have only ordered a few times but when I ordered last winter and my product froze in transit I was able to communicate and get a refund without sending the product back which seemed like a waste of postage.
Lucky is easy to navigate and convenient to use. They have a ton of products.

I never received updates. I had to call multiple times and was never told the same thing. It took over a month to receive the product. The product is something I have been using for years so I ordered it from old vitamin company while waiting. They shipped it and I had it with 4 days from the date of order.

Ordering was easy and quick, no "sign in", no "password", no "robot test". However, there was NO indication that the product was in stock or when it would be shipped. Lucky Vitamins has a history of failing to inform the customer whether an item is in stock or not - they just want the order and if shipment is delayed a matter of weeks when it is out of stock, it is 'no problem" for them, not you. They do not appear to be interested in feedback to the customer that they recognize the problem and are working to fix it.

I found Lucky Vitamin several years ago and have been ordering ever since. The vast selection is amazing. I have several favorite products that I order regularly and always enjoy searching for new products. The prices are the lowest. I've never had any problems and my order always arrives within a few days. I love Lucky Vitamin!

BUT... This is my 2nd order with Lucky... the first one took FOREVER to get to me (Pony Express?).

For many years, I have ordered from Vitacost.com (mostly... and occasionally Vitamin Shoppe.com)... and my products from VItacost arrive promptly, in 2-3 biz days (I always order so that I get free shipping, not express).

My first order from Lucky took almost 2 weeks. That's not so good and a deterrent to order if I need it quickly (and I won't do any automatic ordering). Just saying...:-(

Also, customer service is okay (they're not as "crisp" as Vitacost)... But mostly, having to be ON HOLD for so long is horrible. People order online to save time... so if you have a question, the hold time defeats this purpose.

Have been able to find the products that I would have normally purchased at local health store at a fraction of the price. Offers free shipping and products come in a timely manner. Everything is well packaged. I LOVE the pricing and selections.

Been buying my vitamins and nutritional products from LV for about 10 years now. They have low prices and dependable shipping. I never have trouble buying enough product for free shipping which is fantastic!

Lucky Vitamin carries an amazing amount of the best products. Don't buy anywhere else until you check their website. An amazing savings on everyday things we all use! Even Pets... Thank you, Lucky Vitamin

I oredered Red Yeast Rice supplement and it took over 3 months to get it. I know the virus had allot to do with shipping and availability but three of us were looking forward to our order and because of the delay 2 opt out which left me with the entire order. I am not complaining as I will definately use all of them however I would not recommend Lucky Vitamins at this time due to the long wait.

Has a lot of different vitamin options (& brands). It is great to be able to get everything I need in one place and to get it for a good price with higher quality vitamins! I especially love that I can get vitamins that have no extra ingredients!

I have been a customer of Lucky for 4 years now... They sent me a few full size products to try out last year because my BF and I were ordering monthly which was amazing! They sent me Garden of Life RAW Protein and I was blown away and have been ordering it ever since. This product has changed my life and Lucky just sent it to me to "try out". Amazing customer service too and shipping is typically less than 7 days.

I would consider myself a regular shopper at Lucky Vitamin. I have rarely have had issues when items I order are on back order. I am pleased with the service and the fast delivery with getting my purchases. Keep up the good work. I am one happy customer.

Your website will not allow me to change my city or my province fields.
Also it will not allow me to add promo code, I'm sure I did not purchase any of the restricted products to get the volume discount.
Canada post was not an option at check out for shipping!.
I did click on chat but had no response back all thou it says they will get back to me shortly.

The site is simple to use and to adjust. Shipping for me is not an issue price wise, seems to be pretty average compared to everywhere else. Plus they had the product I wanted. Will adjust review when receive product.
