Here is my update on Lucky Vitamin. Recent issues that they seem have difficulty resolving has cost me money. Was on an auto ship. Got one package AFTER I cancelled the auto-ship. Got another package and charged again. I emailed them, they said they corrected the matter; and to send the box back. Got another box. Third times a charm right? HUH UNH. Mind you, this was a $65 mistake each time. They only credited back $50? When it was their fault? No, No No! Bye bye Lucky.

I am very disappointed to see so many great, environmentally friendly cleaners and soaps being replaced by the Mrs. Meyers line. I used to really enjoy a broader selection of cleaners that scored much higher on the EWG scale. I had a hard time finding the EO soaps I love as well. And even when I clicked the brands I wanted to see in the search results (which did not include Mrs. Meyers), I still somehow got an abundance of that brand in the list. Bummer! Beyond this I had 3 savings codes in recent emails, and couldn't get any of them to work. I think I'll be looking for a new place to buy my cleaning product.

I live and work in Afghanistan and Lucky Vitamin makes getting all my groceries and essentials fast, easy and inexpensive. So many other companies I pay just as much in shipping that I would for the product itself and with LV, I get it faster and at better rates. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Not just people ordering from overseas, but I will continue to use LV even when I am back in the states!

I really like the new customer discount and all the different products. Having name brand products at competitive prices is also important to me and Lucky has managed to bring the two together. HOWEVER, someone needs to take a look at your website, I mean USE it as if they're a customer. Could use some refreshing to make it more user friendly as it can be a bit cumbersome.

I've been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years. Having tried other websites, I always come back to their store for the products, prices and customer service. They also have one of the easiest websites to navigate as well as the BEST descriptions of products available.

I ordered a large amount of essential oils and I received them in record time. The only problem that I had was one of my oils was slightly open so it spilled out and got all over the other bottles it was packaged with. Other than that, great experience.

I searched everywhere for these vitamins and either couldn't find them or they were ridiculously expensive. Not only did LuckyVitamin have them, they were in stock, a reasonable price and they offered free shipping. I'll definitely be a returning customer! :)

Lucky Vitamin has products that can be trusted as the brands are quality. The prices are decent as well as shipping time. The only negative is that the site tends to download slow, making ordering process longer than necessary.

I often am looking for things that I have been told about that I don't have the full name or even the absolutely correct spelling. The search feature is robust enough that I can find things easily. I do like that a lot. Also, the prices here are better than Amazon.

I shop Lucky Vitamin every couple months. The selection is good. The prices are comparable with competitors. I'd like the option to pay a bit more and receive my order a bit sooner like other competitors.

Got an email showing some interesting new health products. Good selection & prices, even got a free gift with purchase. Had a little bit of an issue with site navigation, but overall a good shopping experience.

My local grocer stopped carrying Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds. I was bummed and decided to order on-line. Lucky Vitamin had a competitive price, free shipping for what I was ordering, and threw in a bunch of goodies/samples for free. I feel like a valued customer. I received my order without any problems and shipping was efficient. I will probably set up automatic shipping in the future so I do not have to go without my coveted soap.

I found this company after a laundry detergent that I love stopped being carried at my local supermarket and I couldn't find it anywhere else. A few months later, another favorite product was discontinued, and again I found it on Lucky Vitamin. Ordering in bulk means free shipping and no schlepping it home from the store. A plus: While I order from Amazon too, it is nice to support an independent business.

Disappointing company. Sent most of product with less than 90 days dating remaining, compared to typical dating of 9-12 months. Split order into three orders because they were out of product. These orders were filled with product less than 90 days of shelf life. They must be buying distressed product. Would not recommend or use them ever again.
