Lucky Vitamin

Last order of flax oil had only one cold pack and it was thawed by the time I received it. I had to pay extra for that one pack. Too much for one pack. I might as well paid for overnight shipping or bought the flax oil at a local grocer.

I selected shipping option but wanted to go back and change it. Apparently that was not an option. It said I was able to review my order before placing it. That was also not an option. There was no place to review my billing information and now it is incorrect. My shipping information is thankfully correct. Thought I would pass on this feedback as it would be nice to be able to confirm these details but there was not way even to step back. I was only redirected again and again to enter my CC or PayPal info. Thank you.

I love Lucky Vitamin I get great deals and stuff I can't get else where. I recommend them especially if you need something that is not available any where else. I am a repeat customer, especially for the Coconut oil.

The first shipment took a month to arrive, however this time I went with DHL and have been informed it should take 9-11 days. The product itself is genuine and absolutely delicious... and is cheaper to order from Lucky Vitamin in the USA than from a distributor in Australia, postage taken into account.

I have ordered raw unsalted cashews before from Lucky Vitamin, and they give fantastic service, and the cashews are without a doubt the best that I have had in my search for high quality raw unsalted cashews. Especially that you can order get online. Every time that I have ordered, I have gotten my order promptly every time, and on time, or sooner than expected. I am very satisfied with Lucky Vitamin, and my purchases from them. I am a lifetime customer for sure.

I have been ordering for years and am very happy with the service. I have had to get items replaced and it has never been a hassle, always good people on the other end of the phone. It does take about a week and half to get your items.

Quick easy ordering. Very helpful with the descriptions. This is my 3rd time using this website and I keep coming back. This tells you something. It's the best cheapest website I came across. I like on some of the products I can order a small sample for a reasonable price. My kids have a change to try things and I can order bigger packages of they do like it. I loved how easy it is. The almond butter is my favorite and I'm glad I can have that keep coming every month. Lucky vitamin alleyways has my back right when I need it.

I love lucky vitamin. Their prices are amazing and they usually ship in a timely manner. I ordered the protein+greens berry flavored protein and it tasted like cough medicine but I bought it for $2 so I didn't mind throwing it away. Overall, I love this company and I will continue to utilize it.

Completed site to use, older version was more user friendly. Searcher narrow if you don't have a very pin point search description. New pricing much higher, and pentilizes you if you don't do a drop shipment monthly type of thing. Was a time you could do a resale business off this site but no more. Now your better off doing a franchise of your own.

Lucky Vitamin is one of my go-tos for good selection and good value on vitamins and other healthy goods. They also participate in EBates for even better deals. My one complaint is that the website is slower than average, but that's it. Thanks!

Two issues. (1) I have purchased this product for autoship beginning 02/16/19. The product is great. However, at my last medical appointment my lab report showed I had too much calcium in my system. To prevent too much calcium, I reduced my daily intake by half. Accordingly, I reduced the number of bottles from three to two in each autoship shipment sometime in the past few months. I was running out of calcium, and went into your website to see when the next shipment was due only to find to my extreme surprise that the autoship no longer was shown in my account. There had been no notice of cancellation. As such, I had to place a new order with expedited shipment to receive my order before my calcium ran out. This leads me to Issue (2): I paid for expedited shipment, however, the shipment still took one week to be delivered! I'm not a happy customer!

IHerb offers free shipping to Greece, more choices in supplements with lower prices than Lucky vitamin. Shipping charges are extremely high and it takes two to three months, sometimes even more to receive the order.
My orders thru LuckyVit cost me approx., 25% more than with your US rivals.
Not really thrilling.

Ordered the wrong product, tried to follow the return instructions, there wasn't an invoice, called on hold over 45 minutes, gave up called back waited another 25 minutes gave up, placed a note in the box tapped it up and am shipping it back. Hope it works. Placed another order for the correct item I hope.

I like to order my products in bulk. LuckyVitamin is one of only a few that carries the gallon of EO Lavender Lotion that I need. The product arrives quickly, shipping is free over $49.00 and the site is easy to use (as if often not the case.) LuckyVitamins is the mail order company for me!

I buy a lot of supplements. And as much as I want to support my local store, it's just so much less expensive and convenient to buy from LuckyVitamin -- especially since some of my supplements are hard to find or special orders. And I always stack my purchases so that I receive free shipping:-)

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Customer service wrote that I would get money refunded, that was July 1st.
Have not gotten the money yet, everytime I try to contact them by chat, customer service ends the chat.
Not recommended at all :(
