Lucky Vitamin

There was a shipping delay. I ordered one shipping package that was over $200. It supposed to be delivered in 7 days but delayed. That was pretty disappointing. When there's any delay, Amazon expedite the delivery on their cost and that is obviously great experience to many people. I hope you guys seriously update this big part of service and that might attract many customers.

I have been ordering from this company for a few years. They always have my vitamins in stock and their prices can't be beat. Sometimes close to half off what I would pay at my local store. I have never had an issue with their service or products.

I have purchased from LuckyVitamin at least five times and am always beyond satisfied. Shipping is quite fast. My items usually get to my doorstep within 4-8 days depending on weekends. I really enjoy finding items for lower prices than stores in my area. Shipping discounts (You may end up with free shipping!) and email coupons make shopping even more affordable. There are things I think I would only find at Whole Foods and have to pay more than I am comfortable with, but I can purchase those items cheaper at LuckyVitamin. My dogs also enjoy the products I find on this site. My favorite moment is opening a bag I know I saved money buying, trying it out, and buying it over and over loving it just the same! LuckyVitamin is one of my favorite companies.

Best pricing I've found so far for my favorite items. Thanks for keeping prices down. I have been lucky to find Theo Chocolate bars without inflated prices and even lower than when I buy them in person in Seattle.

These particular vitamins have helped with menopause symptoms including practically eliminating hot flashes and minimizing hair loss. I don't what to run out again. I love the text message reminder and ability to just reorder from a text reply.

I love shopping here because of the huge variety of quality organic vitamins at such incredible savings! Shipping is always free for me because I buy it all at once. Last order should have been $107 but was only $68 for 5 items! There is no better place to shop for vitamins in my opinion.

Terrible customer service and the worst job on packaging the shipment that I've ever seen. Products were literally just thrown in the box and the box was so heavy the tape had come loose. Macaroni was crushed, oil was leaking (that they had charged an extra dollar for shipping), and chia seeds were all over the place. Customer service didn't give a crap though. She just kept putting me on hold, never once said "we're sorry for the inconvenience", or offered to make it right. TERRIBLE company.

I have been a regular customer for several years now without any complaint regarding service and I love the wide selection of specialty items Lucky Vitamin has and their consistently great prices. The only issue I have is the one that I have with all health stores: the sale of items/supplements that promote false health/medical benefits (e.g., homeopathy). I'd love if they'd stop carrying/selling such things, but that seems unlikely.

Lucky Vitamin carries a product my husband requires for health reasons. Cannot find in stores, product ranges from $10 to $15 per box on Amazon and other websites. Lucky Vitamin offers this product for $6.99 consistently. I always receive free shipping because my order is over $25. Instant order confirmation via email and continued email communication during shipping process. I have ordered several times and have never had an issue.

I am able to obtain products here I cannot find locally in my small town without an hour drive to a larger city and then it is still hit or miss. I make use of the free shipping on my orders and with the good prices on each item I cover my vitamin needs economically. I was having a terrible time putting together my order because the process was so very slow. I've been working on this order for a few days and was using Internet Explorer. I had completed it early this morning before just shutting down the computer. When I went to complete it, my order had disappeared. I then used Google and put together the order in a relatively short period of time. That was great.

I wanted to use your company because, besides the products, you also listed Paypal as a payment choice and that's my preference when shopping online. However, that is not the case even though the icon is still listed on your site.

Got a coupon in the mail. Sometimes you cannot think of everything you need and other times you want to try something out before you commit to buying more. Was coming back to buy more stuff but my 15 percent off coupon was only valid once. Ordered just enough to get free shipping and then went to Vitacost because I have a 15 percent coupon there. Usually cheaper there anyways but sometimes Lucky Vitamin has things that Vitacost doesn't. Usually do most of my shopping at Vitacost because they are always sending me coupons.

I don't know of any other online natural retailers like LV who let you unit shop. This is how my mom taught me to do at the grocery store growing up and to do it from the comfort of my own couch makes me keep coming back!

I've ordered from this company many times in the past. I've told many people about them. I ordered last week and my order still has not shipped. I'm hoping this is just from the pandemic. Ordering again because of generous discount. Hope to see something arrive soon.

The website was a big pain at first and still seems cumbersome to me. The prices for most of the products I saw were a little less than the store I usually buy from, but then one that I looked at was considerably more. If all goes well this might become my go-to place.

Sent me wrong items in my order. Printed out the return label, returned items following day. Only way to converse with them is through chat. Thank goodness I had the transcript from chat where Lucky Vitamin claimed to have refunded my original payment which they never did. Had to open a dispute to get my refund. I will never do business with this spineless company again!
