Just placed my first order. The site is user-friendly. Discounts automatically applied, provided great product details and had what I needed in stock when many others did not. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have not received my order yet.

Love the lilac scent! It smells just like the real thing. Hard to find scent and even tried to google "lilac air freshener" and all it gives you is lavender. Shipping was pretty fast, came sooner than expected.

I like shopping with Lucky vitamins, I don't want to go to a store during these crazy pandemic times. This lets me do my shopping online for a discount! Shipping is great and timely. I have no complaints.

All of the products I have ordered have been as described. The price points are good and I like the policy they have for free shipping. When I have had a problem they have corrected it quickly without undue questions. There are several products that are not available in stores where I live so it is nice to have them available at Lucky Vitamin.
Bottom line I am happy with the company.

I've been using this website for years and love so much about it. They have a great selection of products. I also love how you can search by health concern and they have articles and helpful information that isn't there to get you to buy their products. Good information about the products too; you definitely know what you're getting. The prices are good, and especially love the free shipping option.

I always get great service from Lucky Vitamins. However, they change their Web page too often to "improve the experience". And that change often makes shopping confusing. This new design had way too many glitches that caused me to waste a lot of time scrolling and trying to find things. Need to work on the IT part of their Web Page.

I bought 78€ order but never arrived, I live in Italy. When I ask informations about it, they told me to do research by myself, which ended that the papers were not correct. It never left customs and it was sent back. They won't send them back in the correct way or refund me... 100$ order. They have stolen my money

We've been ordering (domestically) repeatedly for well over a year now and, although their shipping is 1-2 days slow and almost always with something on backorder, we've never had the first problem with LuckyVitamin. We like everything about them. Given the comments below, go figure. Nashville, TN

Great prices! Excellent customer service! Speedy delivery! My friend highly recommended this product But was paying A LOT MORE! I did research and found your company with the best price. My only suggestion is it wasn't easy to find your business. Perhaps better Internet advertising is necessary.

I order most health and skin products here, most on autoship, which is easily adjusted as needs changed. I've had no problems at all over a few years, and have been greatly satisfied with the service. Their prices are always competitive if not better than others. Highly recommended.

It seems you had more choices, and shipping was faster, going back a few years. Validation on the payment screen is not user friendly - CC numbers are not flagged if entered incorrectly. A general "notice" the "Someting Went Wrong" appears!

I can shop for most of my supplements, body care products, and even some of my cat products all on this one site. I can even get quite a few grocery foods. The prices are good and the delivery is good with an easy to reach minimum for free shipping. I'm very satisfied with Lucky Vitamin.
