I have been a customer for 3 years. The number one reason I purchase from Lucky Vitamin is they stock many "top of the line" products that I cannot find in stores. All products are in one place... one stop shopping and I get it delivered right to my door. Bravo Lucky Vitamin!

They stock nearly everything I need. Fast ordering and free delivery over $50! I order easily by just viewing my history and reorder as needed or I can auto order and an added convenience. I save a ton of money versus going to the natural foods stores.
Now, if they only stocked Nature's Pride Cholest Factors I would never have to go to that store again (hint hint).

I like the convenience of ordering online. I havent seen any special discounts though I am a returning customer. Checkout procedure tends to be a little tedious. Not sure why my order was more expensive this time around. I had to decrease my order in order to spend same amount as last time.

Easy to navigate website, easy-to-follow ordering process, and the opportunity to save even more depending on how much product you order and how frequently you order from their site. I don't order a ton but I expect to make back the membership fee in 4-6 months which leaves 6-8 months of pure saving!

Had been a long time customer. Website had glitch and charge order to a credit card on file during the time I was trying to change credit card. Customer service closed in evening to stop order. Left email letting them know, not to place my order until I authorized it due to wrong credit card. Called them back in morning and they already told me they shipped out the products. Customer service basically said too bad, not our problem! Shop at vitacost instead!

Overall I am quite satisfied, but your address input form does not work properly for Japan. My postal code should show the name of my city, K******, not the local post office village of N***. OK? I'm sure DHL will find me anyway.

I had a problem with my health I was dealing with this problem for almost 4 years. Test her and there back and fourth with the specialist they couldn't figure out what I have. Sometimes you can't find items in a store so this site is great. Was trying to find a certain toilet paper and none of the stores had it except one and they kept running out. This site came to my rescue.

I have been dealing with Lucky Vitamin for years and I have never been disappointed. As an example of their diversity and service, they carry my coffee substitute at a lower price and with more variety than I can find locally. All the other products I have gotten from them are, likewise, quality merchandise at a reasonable price.

Why is there no way to search for Shoprunner qualifying items? I consistently find some items priced higher than Amazon and have to toggle back and forth. Since this site is difficult to navigate every item should always be priced competitively!

I have been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years. They always provide high quality products and equally high quality and helpful support personnel. My reward voucher expired and they were able to reinstate it for me.

I'm always amazed at all of the product choices that the Lucky Vitamin website carries. There's always something new I see or something I purchased once before that I find, remember, and want to buy again. My only criticism is it seems to take a very long time for a page to load once I navigate to a product page or try to get back to the category page. But other than that it's a smooth with experience.

Say very complicated site unpredictable. Offers percentage off and then when you try to apply it never takes it. It keeps record of all your accounts without permission to keep it does not give an option as to whether we want to leave our account for them to keep it.

I placed my first order on LuckyVitamin.com and it went well. The site was easy to navigate and most things were on sale with good prices. I should be getting the order soon so hopefully it will all come as promised. If it does, I would order from there again.

I order temperature sensitive products and Lucky is the only place I've found that ships with a cool pack. The unfortunate issue is their shipping takes MUCH longer than advertised and they sometimes forget to pack the cool pack. This causes a return shipment and increases the wait time for replacements by a 2 week minimum, not to mention extra shipping costs for expedited delivery. If I could find other suppliers (online or locally) who carry the specific products and whom ships with a cool pack then I would not purchase from Lucky. I give their product offering 5 stars and their Customer Care Team 4 1/2 stars; their packing, shipping, and website shipping disclosures a 1 star.

I never received my $130 order. After speaking with customer service and BBB multiple times I only received a partial refund. To make a long story short, they said an item was prohibited
(which I provided evidence it was not) and, even though their own tracking shows they received the package back, they said their warehouse never received it back so that they didn't owe me anything. Their desire for profit overrides common sense honestly. If you're going to order, read every detail of their policies, especially for international shipping. Don't expect to get any weight their customer service.

I was so happy to find LuckyVitamin! When all other websites failed me they were there. The online help team were fast, helpful and made the whole process so easy.
It is the only one I have come across that also sends to Spain and is upfront about the import taxes. I am so grateful to have found them.

LuckyVitamin had great prices on the quality brands I was looking for. They offer additional discounts to new customers. They do backorders on some items that sell out quick, but allow you to get at the lower price. Free shipping available on minimal ordering.

First and foremost, I found that Lucky's sold high quality products. Then, to make it doable, I found that the prices were good, too! I was impressed with their fast delivery and pleasantly surprised by their following through when items that were out of stock became available.
