I ordered Heart Miracle and started using it the day we received it. It has reduced me and my wife's blood pressure to normal numbers. I'm ordering two more bottles this evening. This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone trying to get their blood pressure down without taking medications. Lucky Vitamin has the best price for these chocolate chips and the minimum shipping order for them is only $25.00. My family and friends LOVE these chips! I use them in whole food, plant based, oil-free mint chocolate chip cookies (with 1-1/2 tsp. Of peppermint flavoring) and vegan brownies. The price was 10% lower due to the auto-ship program.

I placed my order on the web two weeks ago. One week ago they finally shipped it saying it would arrive by the end of the week last Friday on Friday I was notified it wouldn't come in till Monday now today they're saying it isn't coming until tomorrow on Tuesday, October 6. When I tried calling up about it there is no way to speak to customer service unless you're placing a new order! This is the slowest service I have ever received from the Vitamins selling company.

I have had an issue with every order. The website is not user friendly, neither is the customer service. It took so long for me to place the order. Last time I called customer service for assistance and it was delivered to an old address of mine so it took about a month to get.
Which it was easier because you do carry some good products.

I called a day late to cancel my auto ship, company was not helpful. Personally I like buying from places that are accommodating. In this case, I had just divorced abd moved and called one day late to cancel my auto ship (still had enough) and they refused. I understand, and yet I won't buy from them again bc I as I say I prefer companies who are understanding (at least once) if particular circumstance arise.

I buy high quality vitamins and supplements from Lucky Vitamin because they almost always beat competitors prices. In store some of the items I buy are double the price I pay through Lucky Vitamin and they also have the lowest prices online that I have been able to find. The service is great, my orders are filled promptly and shipped quickly. I know even if I forget to order I will have my replacements very quickly.

Health - what could be more important? So, the LuckVitamin is about health. And it gives an impressing possibilities to choose at best price the needed items. It has user-friendly interface, it works correctly with international customers, it has all needed methods of paying and options for free delivering. 5-stars store!

I have tried one particular fragrance and I hope I liked the rest of the hand soaps. I actually wanted to buy for my mother who loves nature. She loves flowers. I do too. I paid you nearly $50 for a discount membership that is worthless, never again. I used it one time for a purchase and you could not deliver it all at once. Restrictions make it totally worthless. If I thought you were honest I would ask for my money back, we will see.

Good prices for my (brazilian) standards, delivery in a reasonable time - better than I expected. Brazilian version of website sucks it locks from time to time when searching a particular article, but all i all is good. It's my second purchase, hope it keeps this way though.

Lucky has everything I need without the hassle of traveling from one health food store to the other and still not finding what I need. I have health issues and my supplements have been prescribed by doctors, these supplements are an important piece of my treatment; and when I need to find supplements It's important for me to get them easily. All your products are of good quality. Your website is easy to navigate for consumers. I just wish there were better discounts offered - either weekly or for members. I definitely recommend this website to others!

Extremely speedy delivery at a price far cheaper than my retail outlet and even cheaper than Amazon! There's also no problem including my PO Box in the shipping address unlike all the other online stores I've dealt with which won't ship if the box number is associated with a street address. Since we have no mail delivery here and have to go to the PO Box for all our mail lots of things get returned without that address on them.

Lucky Vitamin mailed my package to my last used address instead of my default address. Unfortunately, the package ended up at a closed for the season summer camp. Lucky Vitamin refused to refund me unless the package could be returned within 90 days. I could only retrieve the package if I drove a total of 5 hours and broke travel restrictions by traveling to a restricted state.

I ordered from this company in the past and was satisfied. My last order was a disaster. I've tried to contact customer support, but 5 days later and I haven't heard back. No person is available on the phone b/c of covid. I'm trying to be tolerant, but this seems to be the type of job that can be done remotely.

Finding specific brand supplements that will ship to Canada has been a challenge. I have been able to order some things through Lucky Vitamins, sadly not everything I need (and is available on their website) is available for shipping to Canada.
Love being able to shop in Canadian Dollars :)

This company has always been super avail and gone above and beyond.
When I have received items I did not like, they refunded me and/or sent me something in replace of it. And let me keep (not have the hassle of returning) the product(s).
Their website can be slow/laggy but their customer service makes up for that!
And 9 out of 10 times, they have the lowest prices.

This company is the best ever vitamin source on the planet, great prices, great discounts, great selection and it ships for free if you spend more than $50.00. I used to go to a local vitamin store and spend easily $500 every time I went. Now I spend about $300 for the same items.

I love shopping at Lucky Vitamin because I recently went Vegan and its so easy to find vegan products simply by using the filter. There is such a large variety of products and great prices. I often recommend using LV to my other vegan friends on Facebook!
