Lucky Vitamin

Pleasantly surprised at zero for delivery, duties, and customs, so I ordered a lot of them to get me through many months. After readiing other reviews, I wonder if this is misleading me and I will get charged? I guess we'll find out when they get here/if they get here.

I am so happy to be able to buy the item i wanted. I have been all over the web looking for someplace that will send this item to alaska. I now will stick with lucky they are the best. And free shipping too.

Great site, consumer friendly, provides detailed information on products. I also like the rewards that are awarded for purchases. I also appreciate the handy links that direct you to medicinal remedies for chronic or seasonal illnesses. Kudos to the person who designed the site.

I received my order a day sooner than I expected it, and everything was in good shape. I ordered another small order, and received an e-mail that one of the products is on back order, and will be shipped as soon as it's received.

It took much longer to get here than usual but under the circumstances its understandable. However, you are discontinuing items I use and I had to go to another site to get it, that was disappointing. I wish you sold Bayer 80m baby aspirin also. But overall service is good.

I love to shop online and your prices and service is great BUT I think your site needs some work. The last time I tried to order I had repeated problems getting the order so ended up having to call. This time I had some similar problems but finally got it to go thru. Don't worry... I'm persistent and still love to order from LuckyVitamin!

I was skeptical, at first, because I thought the name "Lucky Vitamin" was a little corny. After doing business for over 2 years, I can say I love Lucky Vitamin (I take a lot of supplements!). When I ordered the wrong product, they were very accommodating and I was able to get the product I wanted easily. They carry the brands I know & love at a great price and the site is very well designed and easy to navigate. I have recommended Lucky Vitamin to many of my friends & relatives.

This is the worst experience I never had since 20 years I buy on the internet. It's been 4 months now that their carrier lost my parcel, LuckyVitamin told me that there was an issue with the address apparently and that the parcel was on its way back to them, then and only then they will refund me. (I never seen on the carrier's website that the parcel was on its way back to LuckyVitamin so I don't know where they found this information). So I waited one more month and they told me that they didn't received the parcel yet so they cannot refund me. I went to the carrier website and the tracking number doesn't even work anymore since it's way to old now! I sent more than a dozen of emails to LuckyVitamin and they answered me with an automatic response that until they don't have the parcel back they can't refund me, even if I'm not responsible for the loss of the parcel... This website is a pure SCAM!

Don't really know what to say except that the prices seem reasonable. I will know more once my order is complete and I have my product on how much I like this site and that is when I will give a rating about my purchase. For now I will only be rating on the pricing of the items I purchased.

Looking for homoeopathic medicine, I came across this company a few months ago. I am pleased that it is a family business and like their attitude and the choices they make about the products they carry. Their prices are very affordable and the quality of the products is very good.
All the orders I made arrived promptly, well packaged and in the best condition.

I like the range that LuckyVitamin has and that's why I'm here. It had almost all the supplements I was after (unfortunately not Thorne Research, ah well) and the Karuna hand mask and other things. I do wish that shipping to Australia didn't cost sixteen dollars on top, ouch, a difference from another vitamin seller - but maybe that can't be helped.

I love coconut oil. I use it for numerous purposes: coconut oil pulling to kill bacteria in your mouth and whiten teeth; moisturizing hair and skin; sautéing vegetables; adding to shakes and soups, buttering bread. I have been buying Lecithin Granules for myself and my parents from LuckyVitamin for over a year. I was a little nervous initially since I wouldn't get a chance to look at the expiration dates of the products. Everything turned out fine; the products were delivered on time and had long expiration dates on them! I tend to buy more when there's a promotion so I can stock up for myself and for my parents. Thumbs up!

I found items here that I can't find other places. I was able to try new fragrances on deodorant that I didn't even know were available. I also found them on sale, I hope the sales are often. Will be looking for other items as well.

I am very keen on buying some health products, especially Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal. It is manufactured in US so I can get it from Amazon.co.uk, but the price was bigger and the shipping time - between a month and two months! Very bad for me! I am vegan so I really need this product and last time after I waited almost two months for the delivery from Amazon.co.uk it turned out that I have to go to the customs, which I really hate to do, and pay additional 20% VAT on top of 63 GBP I already paid! The shipping option that you are giving me is the best - it is fast, DHL is reliable, it is door-to-door delivery so I will not have to go to customs and the price is good! SO I am happy!

Lucky Vitamin is ideal when buying from the UK. There are supplements that are unavailable or very expensive to buy in the Uk and if you select the right shipping option you can be confident that there will be no extra charges. It is very reliable.

I have compared prices from Lucky Vitamin with my local health store, which has good prices, and on almost everything Lucky Vitamin is lower. It is so convenient to order things online and have them shipped to your door. L. V. is great about communicating when things are back-ordered or aren't shipping when they said they would. Great about not charging your CC until things have shipped, and nothing has ever been damaged or broken in shipping. I usually wait until I need $50 worth of products and order for a few months at a time to get free shipping.

I use this store to purchase bulk Jackfruit for my catering company. If its not in stock they ship me what they have and I appreciate the free shipping on big orders. Its a little annoying that you get signed up for autoship automatically, I really don't like being signed up for things without begin explicitly asked and it seems a little misleading. Otherwise great experience with this company overall.

Lucky Vitamin sucks. Big Time. I placed my order 4 1/2 weeks ago and nothing arrived. Never received any email from them, even the initial confirmation.
When I called they told me it was a mistake on their part in the paperwork and the parcel came back to them undelivered. They never notified me about it and didn't credit my account back. If I wouldn't have called, they would just have keept the money. The customer service is very bad there. When I called the girt told me they are "very busy right now too took into my issue". Would never order from them again.

I found lucky vitamin through a friend and have ordered a couple of times but often find myself deciding it's easier and just as inexpensive to just pick standard staples up. I like good values and often shop when I get a discount code but inevitably, it is not in the too short timeframe of three days and the code expires. Then I call customer service, let them do the order all over (because they can't see my cart) and then I get discount. Too cumbersome compared to most every other online shopping experience. Why is three days the magic number? People travel, they aren't out of products etc. Give me some time to get the discount and shop at MY convenience and I will take the time to browse all your interesting products and likely buy more. This review process annoying as well... I can't seem to post without registering for site jabber? I care enough about lucky vitamin to do it, but don't think I should be forced to for my review to post. Will unsubsribe immediately
