Lucky Vitamin

This was the most disappointing transaction. My order was back in Aug. 2019, part arrived. Waited for the rest and weeks later an email said it was out of stock. I had no more notices and tried to cancel the order. You can't talk to anyone on the phone now, making it more difficult. The order came on Nov. 23rd, the one I thought I cancelled!

I was happy to find the product I was looking for. I wish your products were a tad cheaper. I do a lot of across the web shopping and look for the best deals. I like your company mission and again, wish things were just a bit cheaper to purchase more from you. I also try to 'vote' with my dollars. You seem to have some good things going on.

Order confirmation stated product in stock usually ships in 24-48 hours. NO WHERE did it say there may be shipping delays. Six days later and the order still has not shipped. Personnel read from a script "we changed warehouses. We can't cancel your order. We have no way to communicate with the warehouse. We don't know when your order will ship" DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Placed my first order on line today, 11/30/2020. At checkout I was unable to apply a promotion code, valued at $5.00. I spoke to a representative using the chat feature on line who suggested that I contact customer service via phone. I explained problem to representative who issued a $5.00 voucher to me instead. I was able to use the voucher on my first order. The checkout process went smooth from that point on.

This site have got the best food products, supplements, vitamins and minerals. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the discounted priced product. At first I thought this could have been a scam but the site is genuinely awesome. I could find and afford the product I was looking for. This is great! Thanks Lucky vitamins.

I've been a customer of Lucky for a few years now. I find things on their website that I can't find locally. Their prices are almost always lower than the competition and they regularly run specials.
The products are almost always in stock and they give a big discount on auto-order. I like that I get emails on specials (most recently - buy plant protein); I was able to get some things that I use regularly for a great sale price and I was able to try a couple of new things without spending much.
I will continue to shop Lucky.

This is the first time I have purchased from Lucky Vitamin. I was so excited to find great prices and a wide variety of options for my protein powder. It was awesome to be able to get the products I wanted at a better price than I expected. I was even able to get the bigger size!

I placed an order online on Monday, but it apparently did not go through. I have been trying to reach by phone and chat but have not been able to get through or receive a response when I left messages.
I have placed a second order, and was informed that expedited shipping was unavailable for my order, although I intended to pay for.
Thus the low rating.

The vegan items I ordered were in stock and available and the ordering process was simple. So far so good... also love the discount for first orders and the promo code for 15% off your next order (nice).

Lucky has everything I need for support as I make changes to live the healthiest life I can! Every product I have tried has been exactly what I wanted. Lucky ships quickly and has no problem with returns.

Was so exited to receive my pack. The packaging it self was really cute, I didn't want to open it just because it was packaged nicely, but overall the shipping was fast especially during these times. And the product itself was not damaged

The prices on here are amazing and I would recommend this site to anyone that likes to save money. The products are the same as you would buy anywhere. I just saved $20 on a product that I have been buying from a fitness centre.

Was able to change the regular address for use of this credit card but could not change shipping address, which I wanted to match it. Other than that, everything was OK. (My overall rating I could not change from excellent to good. So be it.)

I had run out of Spike Gourmet Natural Seasoning, and was searching for it everywhere. I found Lucky Vitamin not only had it, but had it in different sizes and in its different flavor combinations. Yowza! My lucky day. It was very reasonably priced, so I ordered. I got an immediate acknowledgement, and when it shipped, I received tracking information. But here's the big plus: When it arrived, it was not only well-packaged with no damage, but with a guarantee that if I didn't like it, I could send it back. Lots of companies say this, but Lucky Vitamin included pre-printed stickers for sending it back if I felt it necessary to do so. My Spike is staying put, and I'll be ordering from Lucky Vitamin in the future. Kudos to a wonderful experience!

Nice selection of vegan vitamins. Trying out their autoship options, but having trouble finding if I will need to pay 2 separate shipping costs for orders that should ship concurrently but one is backordered. Guess I will find out when they ship.

I am so sick of the multiple gimmicks and promotions that are exclusive of so many things or there are glitches in the codes on your site and they do not work. Just offer lower consistent pricing or allow multiple codes and be respectful of your customers.
