Lucky Vitamin

I have a standing order for 3 containers Eos wipes every other month. We were getting a bit close to running out so I initiated an extra order and inadvertently started another standing order. Your customer service is obviously located out of country and I struggled to explain my situation. When I completed the call I was certain that the second standing order had been deleted but was uncertain whether I was going to receive my interim order. A couple days later I got a notification that the order had shipped and everything was fine, but the customer service was a bit challenging.

I have continued using LuckyVitamin as my main source of online shopping for supplements and more. The prices are usually cheaper than other online retail and the local stores. I've had a couple of minor mishaps (no company is perfect) but this company is always responsive and attentive to any issues and puts in good effort to rectify any issues. Website is easy to navigate and their variety of products is vast. I've even had a nutritionist leave me a voicemail (not pushy) to let me know that they're there whenever I need. Good customer service is what keeps me going back to shop there.

I won't bore you with the details, as we've all unfortunately been through it with these kosher shysters. Here's what I left on their website, which of course will not make it through their censors:

You shysters at "lucky" have the worst "customer service" I've experienced in 2013. Congrats. I'll be reviewing you all over the internet, not to mention adding you to my list of companies to avoid that I keep in the waiting room of my practice. I hope you go out of business in 2014. You deserve it for hiring ignorant, rude morons who delight in pissing off those who pay them.

I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin for 6 years I have always been impressed with their extensive selection and amazing prices. Kept me from ordering on Amazon or other online retailers. And unlike other online retailers that have a "marketplace" where i have gotten fraudulent products which has happened more times than I would like to admit. I have no worries about that ordering right from Lucky Vitamin.

I really like the variety of quality products the Lucky Vitamin website has to offer. The recommendations and information about different products gives me clarity and is helpful in making a decision on what to buy. The customer service is also on point. Anytime I have had a questions or concern, they have addressed it in a friendly, helpful way.

The website is the most user friendly that I've been on. I find stuff here that I can't find elsewhere. The prices are really good, too. I just took advantage of the autoship program so I never forget to keep certain supplements on hand. The only thing better would be if LuckyVitamin opened retail stores. I love to browse and talk to sellers about the products they stock.

Lucky vitamin has always had our phytoplankton to us in short time and its always packaged very well and secure. Love this site. We even get a free gift with our order from time to time. We would like to see some coupons our way for the marine phytoplankton we have been buying from you for many years. Thank you in advance!

Bad customer service. Won't recommend this website to international buyer as they don't provide full parcel tracking service. Customer service is not really supportive, the only they replied is let you contact carrier when the parcel is missing. DHL eCommerce can't investigate further if vendor didn't contact them.

This was a nice shopping experience. Except when I reviewed the discount codes and coupons available. All the codes I entered were either not recognized, expired or I received an "Oops error message for the page" I was hoping to save a little money. Especially after the holidays.

I am so glad that I found this website. I recently purchased some BLK alkaline water in a grocery store and love it. I went back the next week to find out they stopped selling that brand. I searched all over town for this water with no luck. Finally I got on my computer to search and ran across LuckyVitamin. They had this water at a cheaper price than the rest and I order 12 bottles. I am so happy and will be re-ordering in the future.

I buy vitamins and supplements from Lucky Vitamin for many years, and I will do it again and again. The variety of products, prices, and quality of products and services suits my needs perfectly!

I would recommend this site to anyone wanting to save money and buy quality products to better their health.

I ordered from this company twice, both times complete and utter failure. First time the order to Australia never arrived and I had the money refunded out of the blue. I contacted support to find out what was happening, only to be told that there was a one-off error in transit and I have to place the order again. After they assured me the error would not occur again I placed the order a second time. What can I say? I'm too trusting. Big mistake right there. I wait patiently for a month, checking tracking a few times a week, just to see the message in tracking details saying that the shipment was returned back to the vendor. It's deja vu all over again, except this time no refund and a reply from customer service that translates to "sorry, but not sorry". Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

Wow if I new it would take 12 days to receice 1 bottle of vitamins I would buy somewhere else. I live in Miami so its not a rural area. The website said in stock but i dont think it was. Next time I will order from Amazon.

That's unbelievable! I ordered an item because LuckyVitamin promised a very quick delivery, but the item was delivered to my town a month later when I left the country! No refund, no additional delivery, nothing. This is very disappointing. I will always be a customer of iherb, not this LuckyVitamin bull$#*! service company!

I ordered a product by DHL Priority on 26th November 2020. I was told it would take 5-7 days. It is now 3rd January 2021 and there is no sign of the product. They have a call centre in the Philippines - and the staff are like robots, unable to help. They have refused to refund. I managed to get it charged back by credit card company - but really people should beware of this company as what they are doing is scandalous.

I was looking for limited edition Mrs. Meyer's products and found them right away in a good quantity for a great price. Easy to find/easy to check out. It was my first time ordering and I will continue to go to LuckyVitamin.com for future needs on a regular basis. I am very satisfied!

Great Selection and fair prices. Know that I am getting the brand I want and not a scam. There are a couple of supplements I still buy on Amazon, but beware, you really have to be careful what Amazon seller you deal with. You don't have to worry about that with Lucky Vitamins

I have placed two orders with this company and will never again use LuckyVitamin. The first time I placed an order there was huge customs and duties tacked on once they arrived in Canada. I order from online international sellers constantly and LuckyVitamin DID NOT make it clear that there were additional charges. I called regarding my second order and the customer service was terrible. I would never recommend this company.

Lucky Vitamin continually offers a wide choice of products, great prices, a user friendly website and quick delivery. I have never been disappointed in anything I have ordered from them. My only compaint is that sometimes things are out of stock and I wish they would get them in more quickly.

Impressed by the wide variety of health products, quality, and low prices. I have been buying vitamins from here for the last 3 years and have always had a positive experience. If I do not like a product I can return it for a refund.
