Very good deals and easy to order. Like the clarity of duty fees at the checkout. Although you have to fill in your details to find out how much delivery is. This should be more evident in case you waste time filling in your details

Ordering from Lucky Vitamin is easy every time & the prices are good. Instead of driving to different stores to find the brands I want, I can find them here, order them, & they arrive right at my door.

I gave 3 stars because of the false advertising. I've price shopped for the Ashwagandha by Organic India, and 3 out of 4 ads for your prices were much lower than on your website. This is not only misleading, but frustrating. I have added a picture to show. And, I checked to see if this was the 10% off prices for autoship, and it was not Please Google the product for both 90 count and 180 count, then click on the link and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Took a while to navigate thru your website, but I think It's due to my computer and not allowing cookies or?. However, ordering from your website saves me a lot of $ and running around trying to find stores that carry what I want, as I live in a small, podunk-style town. Thank you!

It takes me over an hour to place an order that should take 15 minutes. You cannot change quantities in the cart. I had to delete product and go find it and add it again.
This is just ridiculous. Cart takes 3 minutes to update if you can change quantity. I dread ordering from Lucky Vitamin. Takes forever to get orders delivered. Other companies take 1-3 days. Something is always on backorder.

I large portion of my order was back ordered. As sad as that was, they did a great job of communicating with me about when I could expect my items and what to expect if the items were delayed beyond a certain point. Well done!

I ordered pills from this company it said they would be delivered after a week to me. This a month later still nothing. When I asked about it, they say those pills were not insured so the cant return my money. I want my refund!

I have been a Lucky Vitamin customer for several years. The products (shampoo and conditioner) I purchase are always at their lowest price at Lucky Vitamin. AND, I love that Lucky Vitamin doesn't overcharge on shipping.

Due to Covid-19, my most recent order was delayed by more than two months. Luckily, I ordered enough in advance that even with the delay in shipping, I did not run out of product. Lucky Vitamin sent me several emails expressing its regrets for the delay. Since previous orders were never late, I knew that Lucky Vitamin was doing its best to fill my order and that its hands were tied. How can it ship a product that it did not have?

I will continue ordering from Lucky Vitamin. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Lucky Vitamin canceled my order because I tried to order 12 bottles of Joint Formula on Cyber Monday. The company claims that I bought too many and it is only for "personal use", so they have to cancel my order. I just wanted to buy my parents and elders some Joint Formula to show some love and I care for them. If Lucky Vitamin extremely cares how much less they will make with their discounts, I kindly suggest the company not have any holiday sales or discounts in the future. It would be a waste of everyone's time.

Lucky Vitamin is a company of integrity that carries high quality products. I am able to purchase all of my vitamins, hair care products, and lotions here. I like the fact that my "favorites" are listed for quick reorder. There is a very extensive list of items that I buy that I can get through Lucky Vitamin that saves me shopping time and money. Also, often times, I try new items that they've suggested, and those items became a "keeper" with me.

I'm sorry to read of disappointed customers because my experiences were very positive. I hope very much that the problems can be fixed because I would hate to have such a good company lose customers when it has so much to offer.

During this unusual & scary time of COVID-19, Lucky Vitamin was there for it's customers. They maintained as large a stock as they could of everything I wanted. When they did run out of something they kept me informed of the situation and let me know if and when such items were expected back in. Given their huge demand for orders overall, they shipped my items quickly and securely. I highly recommend Lucky Vitamin!

I like Lucky Vitamin. Have been ordering for several years. However, last few times I have ordered the site was very slow. Today was terrible... over an hour to order a few items. Tried a few days ago and couldn't get my regime to load. I'm getting very frustrated. Don't have this problem with any other sites. Will have to price check other sites if this continues.

I have been a customer of Lucky Vitamin for 10+ years now. I purchase various supplements and pantry goods from them. As I am vegan and eat gluten-free, it's nice that they have such a nice selection of snacks and vegan vitamins and supplements. My orders are always delivered when expected and I like that I can add money to plant a tree to reduce the carbon footprint of my order. Most of the supplements I use are Lucky brand and they are a much better value than some of the other brands. I am sure I will continue to be a loyal customer forever. I strongly recommend this company!

My husband and I were looking for a Rescue product. We lucked out when we came across Lucky Vitamin! They always have product for us, are priced competitively, and offer free shipping with a minimum order amount. We'll keep ordering.

Very disappointed, when I waited for awhile for my product then you all send my first product then come to mention my second product was not coming and you all said it was not going to be charged, but I have not seen a refund yet. I don't think I will ever order from your company ever again.

Ordered over $200 worth internationally - for Australia, businesses have to provide info on shipment contents for it to get through customs. Company didn't do this, didn't respond to my emails notifying them that they should do this, completely ignored. Shipment was returned to them - still didn't reply to my emails. Eventually told me I had to wait to receive news on reshipment. Waited 3 months, really poor interaction via email. Was then told that it was damaged/no refund. Asked them to ship elsewhere which was refused, so $200 out of pocket due to their error when offering international shipment they should be aware of the requirements, really poor and unfriendly customer service, and unwillingness to help. Avoid!

I have bought from Lucky Vitamin for a couple of months now. When there is a problem, they make it right. I can find things there that I can't find elsewhere; and it's all at the tip of my fingers, right from home. How lucky I was to discover them!
