Lucky Vitamin

I'm in Canada so I can't find most of the specialty brands I want anywhere else at a reasonable price... Bai, Siete, Lily's Chocolate, Simple Mills... etc. While I wish it had Amazon's 2 day shipping, lol, I'm just so happy I can get my brands. Even paying duties is worth it!

This company sells great products and easier than going to the store. Every time I go looking for a different product, I'm able to find it and able to read up all about the product and find out which is better to my finding the right product.

I had been looking for a certain sweetner and could not find it any where. I finally discovered Lucky Vitamins! Thank goodness for them! They also have a whole lot more than just vitamins. They have a whole new look for the inside of your healthy body! (;^)

Been buying from Lucky Vitamin for about 10 years.
Recently been experiencing issues with its web site to the point where I couldn't add anything to the cart. Very frustrated. Got different stories every time I was on chat.
I have enjoyed being a long-time customer and the products offered IN THE PAST, but now I don't feel so "loyal".
For the current situation, a supervisor got on the chat and after about 40 minutes was able to add the item I wanted to the cart and I purchased what I wanted but it really should not have taken several days and about 2 hours to order stuff.
I will chalk this experience up to bad IT, even though IT says they had no problem.
If it happens again, I am done.
I will give them 3 stars because their past work has been 5 stars, but the current operating standard is really less than 2 but I can't bear to give them 1 star.

I love how easy it is to shop for the items I need and apply any discounts I have! Also I don't have to wait for the items to go on sale at the retail stores before I buy them. At lucky vitamin all items are always on sale.

I was so glad to get my favorite jackfruit brand and some healthy finds. I was disappointed that some items I was searching at had a minimum order of 5 so I did not get it since it would be too expensive. Good place to shop overall but some products are really overpriced!

I was impressed with their family's story and history of their business. This sold me that it was a reputable site. I placed my order and was very happy to receive it. It arrived promptly, was packaged very carefully and was clean. The products were exactly as described on their website and the quality of the products I received was excellent. Today I ordered a Bottle of Aqua Flora; therefore I can not honestly rate the company. However, I felt that it would be fair to stay somewhat in the middle of my ratings. One of the packages was damaged upon shipping. I emailed them with the problem.
