Lucky Vitamin

I love ordering from Lucky Vitamin, and I choose them not only for their vitamin selection but also because they offer Paypal as a payment option. I tried using my paypal credit account and it was denied even though I have about $4000 available. Can you please check into this and see if this can be fixed?

I love the prices and products. I have ordered once a month for years but they do seem to be slower and there have been mistakes. They make it right and have not cheated me out of my money. I don't know if they are just understaffed and have such a high volume of orders coming in. I order with plenty of product remaining because they don't ship as fast as they used to. I like the discounts and would rather they keep costs and prices down since things are so much cheaper. I will endure a little inconvenience to save money. Typically it arrives within a week.

I found your website accidentally - was searching for the protein powder I normally use which was out of stock. Did a quick search and found your website to be super user friendly and extremely well stocked. Just placed my first order which I am extremely excited about! I also love the tabs on the page where I was able to view blogs, heath information and even found an amazing recipe on gluten free apple cider donuts... need I say more? I ordered my favorite protein bars in November. I received a quarter of my order several weeks later. After waiting over 2 months for my order to ship I get a cancellation email with no apologies or attempts to make this right. They wasted over 2 months of my time and did not care one bit. My bars are still available for purchase on the site but are now $10 more per box. Seems like they just did not want to honor the price they advertised. Will NOT do business with them again!

First time I'm ordering from LuckyVitamin. Found it because of a specific item that I wanted due to allergies. LuckyVitamin has it for an amazing price and their product selection is impressive. Now waiting for my purchase to be processed and delivered. I am hopeful and gladly expecting great results.

Great products, easy to order. Didn't give 5 stars because part of my order was on back order they said 3 days but it's almost 2 weeks still waiting for delivery. I would use this company again though variety it fantastic. They have 2 of my favorite at great prices.

I have been a customer for almost 5 year and always spend the amount required for free delivery. The items always arrived carefully packed and the delivery in the time that is expected. No problems at all, no damage or missing items, Website is easy and fast to use. Only one time I ordered a wrong item and wanted to exchange it, call customer service and they were so helpful and nice that sent me the new item and told me not to return the other one cause it didn't worth it.

Lucky Vitamins has fabulous pricing on even more fabulous, hard to find products! Free shipping is great. I like that I can order items for my mother and ship them directly to her, but I don't like that my discount codes only apply to one purchase. I guess fewer discounts/coupons keeps the prices down, so I understand that. Love the web site - very user friendly.

Lucky vitamin has a huge array of products from food to wellness, to herbs to supplements etc. They have an easy to navigate website, run sales often, give referral discounts, and usually have the cheapest prices on some of my favorite brands.

I always buy my Nubian Heritage soaps and other body care products from Lucky Vitamin. The price is almost always half of what is priced in the store. I have been a customer for 5+ years and they haven't disappoint yet :)

Lucky Vitamin has been very trustworthy and I love the fact that they ship their products in recyclable materials with no Styrofoam! Also, I can go back easily to orders I have placed and add or subtract products to my new order. Very good online company!

Good company and great customer service. I've been using their auto save for vitamins I take monthly and when my address changed and the package was delivered to the writ address they just mailed me a new package with no additional charge

Mark served me today, straightened out my issue online, was helpful and professional. My only issue was the time I had to wait for an answer on the phone line, but he apologized for that and said they were busier than usual, so no problem here.

My order for several bottles of Mrs Meyer hand soap arrived with one bottle less than I had ordered. After a very long hold time when I called customer service, the agent handled the issue very well and the missing bottle arrived a few days later. Need better quality control for shipping items.

I order from Canada. Even with shipping and duty, many of the prices can't be beat. Their prices are easily 30-50% cheaper than even Amazon. However if you order standard delivery, it can take up to 3 weeks to get to Canada. I assume because of customs. So I'd recommend the faster option which includes duty. I've ordered many times and have had no issues. I highly recommend Lucky Vitamin.

While searching for a discount code, the process of check out had to be continually renewed as each code was used. It is tedious having to practically start the check out process each time, could be frustrating if a person allows it to be. Overall though, the prices were very competitive, nice variety of products and I will definitely order from this website again depending on how items ordered arrive.

Send products poorly packaged and then expect you to jump through hoops to get it resolved
I received wet damaged items leaking and a big hot mess. They wanted me to send stuff back to them this way and would not give me refund. I had to fight just to get some sort of compensation. Stay away. Garbage company with no ethics!

Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after they arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat.
In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!

Really appreciate being able to order healthy products online at competitive prices. Delivery is a bit slow, but I can't complain since it's free. I receive requests for reviews before I even receive products. Those few times when there has been a problem with an order, customer service has always been good (I've been ordering for over 10 years.)
