This website has almost every health brand that I use and love. Normally I shop through vitamin shoppe but the deals and sales I find on lucky vitamin are so amazing! I am still new to this site but after seeing all the amazing products and discounts I can honestly say I'm a fan for life!

Took them many days to ship an order. And even once they did, it was sent the cheapest, slowest means possible. Why should ANYTHING take 7 business days to ship within the US?

I even let them know that had my experience been positive, I would have been a $60 - $90 per month customer. Their customer service people could care less!

There are 100s of other places to buy stuff... Go to them. Avoid these guys.

After some through research, I choose this particular type of magnesium. I wanted something to help with my anxiety and my boyfriend's ADHD. Well, not only have I seen positive results in those two areas, but we have been sleeping a lot better as a result. Lucky Vitamin is the best place to order

Many thanks to the fine folks at Lucky Vitamin. I'm sure that they thought they were filling just any old order for applesauce, but fort me this was an important order. When news of Coronavirus hit everything was selling out I worried. I have a senior dog on a restricted diet due to pancreatitis. The only treats she can have are cookies made from oats applesauce. She's also a girl who has anxiety so we do a lot of positive reinforcement and enrichment with her. The idea of not having treats for her truly made me panic. Thankfully I found Lucky Vitamin. I had never ordered from them before but they had what I was looking for. They shipped part of my order which at least allowed me to get started, and they kept me updated on the rest of my order as it progressed. Everything was packaged with exceptional care. I'm beyond thrilled with them!

Trying to find Sambucol Immune/Cold/Flu products during a pandemic is no easy task! I had never ordered from Lucky Vitamin before but the site came up near the top of Google search page. The site has a clean interface, positive posted customer reviews, a secure checkout, and frankly the only game left in town for what I wanted. I took the chance and within a few short days received my order. I'm writing this review because I am satisfied and now consider Lucky Vitamin a strong resource for my business. Thank you!

In general I am very pleased. Lucky carries many of the vitamin supplements we use and the prices are very competitive. Occasional e-mail offers make prices even better. Checkout is fairly straight forward although a bit klutzy.

I stumbled across this website searching for lowest priced cashew butter. Prices are $1-2.50 less than other sites, especially the one whose 1st letter is A.
The variety of items Lucky offers is impressive, & I am a customer for life.
My most recent order arrived w/a product lI wasn't happy with. I called & the replacement was sent the same day.

Couldn't be more please with the LuckyVitamin company or their customer service! I've always had amazing experiences with them, every time I've ordered! It's great having so many options and selections of fantastic products, plus the ease of placing an order! The website is so user friendly and my stuff always gets to me so promptly! I love Lucky Vitamin! They are top notch!

Have been ordering over $100 worth of stuff a month(sometimes more) for some time now. Never had a prob except it took months to get things backordered. Now however, I can see where all the complaints are coming from. I ordered something a couple of months back and was sent the wrong form. Then last month I reordered it again along with a lot of other stuff. $124 worth. Didn't receive it, nor a reason for the delay. I emailed and they gave me a ticket number which was bogus. Have emailed several times wanting to know where my merchandise was. So far I have been ignored. There are too many companies out there to go through this. I will just find someone else.

Pros: Good products available at a reasonable price and international shipping works for me.
Cons: standard repply on e-mails- takes a bit of time before someone reads it and gives a suitable answer/ it' no possible to cancel an order: I'm having trouble on refunding (order from first week of July returned to them from customs, it's november, they've received back and I was not reimbursed yet)

I've been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years and they've only gotten better. They have a really big selection of products and I can almost always find what I need. Their delivery time is amazing! I only had one issue in all these years when a coupon code wasn't accepted -- but I've had multiple problems with other websites.

One suggestion: Keep pet product results separate from people products when using the search field.

I've been shopping with LV for several years now. I enjoy some of their LV products as well as not so common products that aren't readily available in my rural area. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be a lot of extra discounts available on my chosen items & the free shipping amount is a bit steep.

Placed my order not once, but 3 times, Mar. 13-15th, it shipped around the 15th, still waiting pin the completed order 6 weeks later. Had tho keep replacing the order because I was using my Android to place the order on& Lucky Vitamins computer system isn't set up to be on "friendly" terms for receiving orders off of our phone's, this told to me by customer service. This is not customer service. This became a source of frustration for 2 days placing& re placing my order. Been a customer for 6 years. What's it matter that I'm loyal, these supplements are an alternative to pharmaceuticals for me, I'm 6 weeks out waiting on Lucky Vitamin, they're still not here. They force you to shop elsewhere, just by a complete lack of customer service.

Lucky vitamins' website is easy to use, I love the quick reorder feature, and they have good, live customer service when you have a problem. My only frustration is that it seems lately many of the items I order are on backorder.

I'm overall very happy with Luckly Vitamin. They have a great selection of US products which I can now get here in the UK for a reasonable price. Customer service is very good as when Lucky vitamin overcharged me they did refund me with a gift card.

Will continue to use and tell people about.

Always received free shipping on orders over $25(and 25 a small amount to purchase for that perk). The Autoship feature helps avoid running out of my Vitamins and snack bars each month or less frequently (you can easily adjust) Shipments always on time, in a motivational box. Oh and they offer free treats, samples based upon your order items, that you can opt out. And this gives a great chance to try a new product.

A website for ur Health Needs that works, the user interface is great, easy n fun! I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin for the1st time with no problems. It was so easy to compare the different products, and they have competitive prices.

Terribly disappointed with my experience purchasing from this company. I ordered probiotics that must be kept cold to remain alive on 6/4/2020. I paid extra for expedited shipping that would arrive (per their website) on 6/8/2020. I also paid extra for 2 cold packs to be included with my probiotics. My order did not arrive on 6/8. It arrived on 6/11. There was only one cold pack in the package as well, when I paid for 2. All of the temperature sensitive probiotics arrived warm. I paid $115 for probiotics that are no longer able to be used. I have purchased these same probiotics for years from Vitacost and never had this issue. L've reached out to customer service multiple times, knowing given the opportunity, many companies will jump at the chance to make it right. It's been nearly 2 weeks. Nothing. Radio silence. Save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere.

We came across the Lucky Vitamins website by chance in 2017 and have been happy supporters and recommenders every sense. Lucky vitamins always has what my family needs with the trusted name brand products and affordable prices. With auto-ship available are normal order is always on stand by and we don't have to search for what we need every order. Best of all our order is always free since we get all of our health needs from Lucky vitamins.

I got exactly what I ordered, the prices were great and shipping was fast. I love coconut chips and this is the first time I'd seen tangy lime coconut crisps - too fun - took me on a trip down memory lane put the lime in the coconut song. Thanks for the great memories. I would take a pic, but I ate the bag so it's just an empty bag - how much fun would that be in a pic?

Love the product. Hate the massive shipping costs. Yes I saved up to $10 on some items - but on a small order my shipping was $60 dollars. It was a week late and cost an additional $20 in duty. The management simply ignored my requests for a shipping refund or credit for next purchase when the shippement came a week late. Then DHL would not actually deliver to the house due to duty. So time & money were wasted. Best to go with iherb.ca they have an american & canadian online store. No duty. And their customers come first.

We had a problem with a missing order. Turns out it was addressed incorrectly and then "returned to sender". Once we alerted LuckyVitamin to this error they refunded the amount of the order. We will continue to place orders through Lucky Vitamin as we are happy with the product and HOPE that we have no more problems with despatch sending items to the correct address.

Great products at affordable prices. I get 2 or 3 items a month for my copd which have helped me greatly. They really know their stuff and the delivery time is a few days and costs nothing. Life changing for me!
