Lucky Vitamin

Wide selection of products. Had to find a weird hand soap because the typical ones are on backorder right now, but that's understandable given the current global pandemic situation. I like the store brand products for cutting costs. I wanted to find a vegetarian collagen supplement but they only offer plant-based collagen building peptides. I've seen algae-based collagen products elsewhere, but Lucky Vitamin had everything else I needed. I'm excited to try the new products when they come in. It seems like delivery will take about a week.

My products arrived a day late (though it was the carriers fault). However, everything was in the box, accounted for, safety sealed. The prices were better than competition, so I'm happy. The only gripe was the size of the box/amount of packing material; I had nothing fragile but it seemed like a waste of resources.

Only complaint is item was back ordered with no date for restock. When I finally called about it, explained company (supplier not Lucky Vitamin) was in financial trouble and item may not be restocked. Wasted 2 weeks waiting and had to rush delivery of different item. Service was very helpful though and product arrived in time (I use Niacin for Cholesterol). Would definitely use again.

Not always the cheapest but usually in the ballpark. A great variety of products, great sales and promotions. Thoughtful packaging and quick shipping. Backorders are shipped at no additional cost! We have placed over 20 orders with no problems.

Was a customer for years and spent $1000s with them. They off-shored cust support a cpl of yrs ago and it's now awful. It's no longer worth buying from them for whatever savings you may get. Can't get a live person that sufficiently understands American English and syntax to grasp what you're saying. Have put up with it but just got a "too bad so sad" response to a problem that they acknowledged was on their end so it's time to move on. Buyer beware.

I've had the pleasure of ordering 14 ball masons jars from luckyvitamin and the service was great. Only one came broken and lucky vitamin reimbursed that broken jar and also gave me a 10$ gift certificate for the dammages. Now great service does not come any better then that:)

I love the selection of all products. They don't just sell vitamins. They, also, have supplements, protein bars, vegan choices, gluten free choices, etc. I no longer buy my vitamins at Amazon. I only use Lucky Vitamin.

Experience thus far suggests something less than a perfect job managing customer demand (merchant has previously cancelled items after confirmation of sale & fulfilled "Back Ordered" items with product marked with short-dated expiration, e.g. with two months rather than twelve months remaining); nevertheless, the merchant does offer compelling prices & some nice features (e.g. Autoship).

1) Great customer service, got back to me within 1 one day regarding a mistake in the order and reimbursed me
2) I like the quality of all my products, my only complaint would be that the delivery time has been longer than expected the 2x i have ordered from luckyvitamin

I have not been about to call because of hours of work. I got my package this week only to find a broken bottle of oil. The box on a mess. I would love to have a replacement. But fear that this will happen again. I'll call tomorrow.

I need probiotics or i get very sick. They are quite expensive however to purchase at local grocers or heath food/supplement stores. I found what i needed in double the quantity at luckyvitamin! Could not be more thankful and relieved! Thanks lucky vitamin!

This was my first time placing an order with Lucky Vitamin. I was referred to their site through CapitalOne Shopping. The prices seemed much lower than Amazon. Now that I have been checking other sites. I am not sure that I received the lowest prices. And there seems to many bad reviews about delivery time, outdated products and non-receipt of items. Also, customer service is very hard to deal with. I will have an up-to-date review, if and when, I receive the numerous products I ordered.

I recently ordered a food product from luckyvitamin.com. I ordered 3 jars and they sent me jars that were manufactured last August, that expire in 5 weeks. I wrote them with my concerns and they said my only option was to spend my own money to return it to them (the same amount of money I spent on 1 jar!). I also happened to receive a jar I ordered on another site today as well. This jar expired in December. I will absolutely never use this site again.

Be sure you read the front and back of product you are interested in. It should tell you how many servicings, size, amount in container, etc. products i have received have all been satisfactory and price wise competitive depending on what you decide to buy. Good show!

I like that they have international shipping and it wasn't very costly in standard option. I've read bad reviews about deliveries not ever reaching and no customer service to help these customers. I really hope my items ship in time and without any issues as I've read.

I'm so glad to have found Lucky Vitamin through a friend's referral. I get great products and great prices. This order was a bit larger than normal, but the cost was offset by the BOGO50% off on the Bone Strength calcium. The free shipping is much appreciated.

The only thing keeping me sane on my low carb diet is Atkin's Endulge Chocolate Candies (not the peanut ones). They are out of stock everywhere, even on their own website! Thank you for actually having them in stock and for the decent price and delivery time.

TOTAL SCAM!

I placed an order from the US to Sweden on July 17,2020. I still haven't received my package (on September 13,2020).
I've continuously contacted the company to ask about the whereabouts of my package. I was originally sent a generic tracking number that just takes me to their website saying my package is "On it's way" with no carrier information or actual tracking number.

The last reply I received told me that "the package has been awaiting pick up since Aug 3rd. Please get in touch with Final Mile Carrier to sort this out."

I have no carrier info. I have no tracking number. I have received no mailing slips. Nothing. If the package has been waiting since August 3 to be picked up, where is it? And how am I supposed to "sort it out" on my own without being given any information about the shipment or the carrier?

Absolute scam!
