After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later. Web pages load very slowly. The "Contact Us" link on their website only gives a mailing address. Employees say they don't think there is any problem.

Looking for John Master's Hair Products, some listed as being 50% off or more. The prices seemed fairly high, so I checked the actual John Master's website. Same exact price! No way I'd shop here again. Don't be deceived by false marketing! This will catch up with them at some point.

I found this company online via amazon and an item I ordered arrived over a week earlier then anticipated.

Lucky Vitamin offers quality products at very reasonable prices. I ordered the Real Aloe Gel - organic, and got an even better price for ordering in bulk - 12. They are a great and very easy website to order from.

This website is easy to navigate. I really appreciate the small icons beneath each product indicating whether they are casein-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc. I also find the Quick Reorder option very helpful and convenient.

Lucky Vitamin not only has thousands upon thousands of healthy products, but they also have a really neat little point system where you can earn $10 off future orders! Reasonable prices, super sales, fast shipping. Why go to a mall?

Found on random search for foods for special medically supervised diet. Pleasantly surprised to find items I could use, especially since local stores don't carry. Accidentally found a lovely soap from India-on sale, too. Am sending back some items that I cannot use because of taste, as the return postage is less than the purchase price. Love that. Finding and ordering what I needed was a breeze. Really like this site! Looks like their international business may have kinks based on the reviews. Just placed my order, so too soon to tell about customer service.

I ordered products in September 2020 and up till middle of December they had still not arrived. No communication, no product, partial refund after charging a re-stocking fee. Buy elsewhere if you need products quickly or at all. 1 out of 10 rating!

I've been a Lucky Vitamin fan for many years. Their website is a bit slow and cumbersome and so could probably use some updating but delivery times are now very fast. I also like the fact that they don't go to extreme measures wrapping each item in an order - as is the case at other online stores. Lucky offers something no other website has as well -- Bulletproof products, and this, definitely, makes shopping there worth while.
