Lucky Vitamin

The site offers a 10% discount for first orders. I put some items in the checkout basket then changed the quantity of one item and went back and added another item. When I went to check out, it said I had already ordered and refused to give me the discount. I called on the phone and the customer service rep said I should order the products and then wait 15 minutes and call back and they would put the discount in manually. The rep couldn't get into my account. They seem to have some major computer issues. I ordered the product and we'll see how it goes, but if they don't give me the discount, there won't be a second order. The ordering process is rather cumbersome.

My order was a mess, a box of totally useless stuff I did not order. The main reason for my order was to set up a re-occurring purchase for Just Mayo. It has been discontinued. I received a bottle of 3, 6, 9 oil which I will never use. A total waste of money.

I have given this company many changes to make me proud and once again they have failed me. I was debited for my full order (over $100). I was also debited for the amount of product that Lucky Vitamin had to "back order" because they did not have the product in stock. So, because they do not have stock to send me, they have my bank hold additional funds for an order I've already paid. When I questioned this practice, I was told that they want to make sure I have money to back up my order. Is this rude, or is the bad customer service? You choose.

What a slim selection. Where is the Peaceful Prairie Lavender-Chamomile-YlangYlang olive oil lotion? Please bring it back. And when will the face crèmes be available? You used to have two kinds. Love that stuff. So disappointed.

Greatest site I have found to always deliver great prices on my favorite protein powder.
I used to order Amazon and began using Lucky Vitamin instead and have saved money beginning at my first order. They send monthly reminders to refill my supply but instead I wait for sales ( which are frequent) to refill my supply.

1st time order, love the selection of options including: vegan, fat, sugar and calorie free products. Looking forward in tasting them. You have items that can not be found anywhere. I did a search for "Jackfruit" and your site came up. Your site is easy to maneuver too!

I like Lucky Vitamin Royal Maca Plus for Women with DIM. Menoupause... hot flushes and night sweats. I didn't realise how much this product helped until I ran out. I'll be counting down the days until my order arrives...

At first, I must admit I was hesitant to place an order due to my previous experiences of receiving items damaged due to inferior packing materials. But everyone deserves a second chance. So I placed my order of vitamins made in glass bottles, which arrived with bubble wrap enclosures especially made for bottles, air cushion baggies stuff, along with Fragile Red labels placed on the exterior of the package. It arrived perfectly intact. Kudos to Everyone at Luckyvitamin. Keep up the good work.

Even though the product was temporarily back ordered they still let me purchase it... which is great because I really need it to stay free from colds. Absolute best prices and excellent service.
I ordered 24 Matchabar green tea bottles and each bottle came individually packaged in a plastic ziplock bag and bubble wrap. Lucky Vitamin sent updates of ever step of process from the time I placed the order to my doorstep.

I received no confirmation email about my order so now I don't know if my order is in process. Lucky's prices would get a five-star, but the service only a two.

Also, I would have liked to have sent the order to Canada because Lucky's prices are very good, but since Lucky doesn't use USPS, it means the cost of the order is $10 more than stated because DHL charges to collect the provincial and federal sales taxes, no matter how puny. I've had them charge me $10 to collect 70 cents in tax. This does happen with the post office on very large orders, but the small orders go through. So I won't be placing Canadian orders with Lucky. Too bad, they seem to want Canadian business.

And when I looked for an email address to ask about using USPS, I couldn't find one. Great way for customers to feel they matter to a company!

I love Lucky Vitamin! They have many brands and organics. The site is user friendly and I get the shipment quickly. I love shopping with Lucky Vitamin and recommend it to a lot of my friends. They also have a great rewards program as well to take advantage of, plus the have "auto-ship," which is nice, haven't tried as yet, but will probably do so in the future with the organic products I ordered today.

I'm quite disappointed an order placed 5/22 still has not arrived. I take these supplements for blood pressure and its dangerous going without them so long, usually they come within a week or 2.Ive been using yall a long time for supplements. Also the peppermint gels are on back order and they were supposed to be autoship

I am currently a full time college student and Lucky Vitamin has offered me the lowest prices on the best products! I am able to be healthy and happy in college despite the stigma that living healthy can be draining to your wallet. I love this website!

The website is very clunky and awkward. It is especially weird and clunky on mobile. Their live chat is not live at all. The wait time for customer service is horrendous. Also the same order I make every few months keeps getting higher and higher in price.

I am so glad I found Lucky Vitamin while browsing for the best price. I like the option of subscription ordering. Not only do I lock in the best price, I don't have to search and go through the whole processing of re-ordering each month.

I live in France where it's difficult to find certain things like probiotics. It's a bit more expensive to order from the U.S., but with the promotions the final price is not bad. They also provide full-service import clearance with tracking to the door, so LaPoste doesn't get a chance to lose the package somewhere. Online chat was very responsive and had good information that made the ordering process easier.

I have been using LuckyVitamins autoship program for years (to the tune of thousands of dollars). Household items we rely on are constantly on back-order (despite being available for one-day shipping on Amazon), and Im always having to call in and fix issues regarding payment (bank says no charge attempted, then customer support finds it was an issue on LuckyVitamins side).
To top it all off, customer support is incredibly slow to respond (I often spend up to an hour on hold).
After years of this, I finally had to fire them. Completely unacceptable. Are they going out of business?

I love that I could buy from all departments with an extra 15% off everything! Can't beat it! I usually buy from Vitacost but they only usually allow coupons when you buy from certain departments (like Food or Supplements). Lucky is great!
