Lucky Vitamin

I'm in Canada so I can't find most of the specialty brands I want anywhere else at a reasonable price... Bai, Siete, Lily's Chocolate, Simple Mills... etc. While I wish it had Amazon's 2 day shipping, lol, I'm just so happy I can get my brands. Even paying duties is worth it!

This company sells great products and easier than going to the store. Every time I go looking for a different product, I'm able to find it and able to read up all about the product and find out which is better to my finding the right product.

I had been looking for a certain sweetner and could not find it any where. I finally discovered Lucky Vitamins! Thank goodness for them! They also have a whole lot more than just vitamins. They have a whole new look for the inside of your healthy body! (;^)

Well organized. Good discounts and LV does not you with any empty promises like IHerb that you collect your money for next shopping that must be done up to 3 months if not, you loose your money. Resonable Promo codes. I am not here for the first time and I will be back.

The discounts on the products make up for the cost of shipping. Hoping that the accumulated point system can get used for discounts eventually.

Been buying from Lucky Vitamin for about 10 years.
Recently been experiencing issues with its web site to the point where I couldn't add anything to the cart. Very frustrated. Got different stories every time I was on chat.
I have enjoyed being a long-time customer and the products offered IN THE PAST, but now I don't feel so "loyal".
For the current situation, a supervisor got on the chat and after about 40 minutes was able to add the item I wanted to the cart and I purchased what I wanted but it really should not have taken several days and about 2 hours to order stuff.
I will chalk this experience up to bad IT, even though IT says they had no problem.
If it happens again, I am done.
I will give them 3 stars because their past work has been 5 stars, but the current operating standard is really less than 2 but I can't bear to give them 1 star.

I was so glad to get my favorite jackfruit brand and some healthy finds. I was disappointed that some items I was searching at had a minimum order of 5 so I did not get it since it would be too expensive. Good place to shop overall but some products are really overpriced!

Today I ordered a Bottle of Aqua Flora; therefore I can not honestly rate the company. However, I felt that it would be fair to stay somewhat in the middle of my ratings. After I placed my order I noticed the Recent Reviews of some of Lucky Vitamin Customers. Some were positive and others were negative. Since this is my first order I don't know what to expect; but I am optimistic and hoping to have a good positive experience with this company.

I have research the web a lot looking for one company to have all the products I wanted. I didn't want to ordered from several mainly because I travel and many times have my shipments go to the destination I am traveling to... We have VERY, VERY specific dietary needs. This site carries many food/ wellness products that our local Whole Foods or Co Ops no longer carry. Because the items we need are not in high demand, many places take advantage of this and hike up prices, but not Lucky Vitamin! Thank you!

One of the packages was damaged upon shipping. I emailed them with the problem.
