I'm truly lucky to have LuckyVitamin! Why? They have the products I'm wanting that can't be found in stores! The prices are reasonable and the products, service, and dependability are 5 star ratings! Thank you LuckyVitamin!

The shipping cost is very expensive. With S$100 purchase, the shipping cost is S$24.
Hope the company can work out on a cheaper shipping cost.
Others than the shipping cost, the web site, range of products as well as informative and comprehensive write-up on the products are very helpful & useful.

My favorite supplement site. I have tried many, and this is the best so far. Excellent selection. Low prices, autoship works well. Their inventory system works well (warns you when things are back-ordered).
My only beef is that sometimes their autoship system is a little glitchy and tricky to manage, but can work fine after you get used to the foibles.

I ordered 6 collagen peptides for $20.90 each, I thought, but the total was wrong so I called customer service to be told you could only get that price if you ordered "autoship" sooo I went back & reordered the 6 with autoship. I hit submit order, got the confirmation number, scrolled to the bottom of the page to find I was charged $137 instead of the 125.40. I am very frustrated & I want the company to make this right.

I have always gotten really good service with LV. They will make their orders good. I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin for years and if there was ever a mistake they would always make it right. I have always appreciated them and their service.

I just tried to check out with PayPal and it said with some of my purchase (I did not use auto ship) I couldn't use it. I hate paying any other way. I've had too many issues with it. I usually have an easier time checking out but it wouldn't let me use PayPal for some dumb reason. Not happy with that but ordered any way. I also wish they had better deals-10% off if you spend $100? Not that great of a deal, at least give 10% off for smaller amounts, people would buy more-I know I would.

I have been a customer for years and love to order from them however for over a year they have had a terrible back order issue. The bad thing is there is no way online to cancel a back order. You must call customer service to cancel a back order and good luck getting through to them. They will leave it on back order and most of the time they will finally cancel it themselves.

I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered. I can't say anything negative. I can not review the customer service department because I have not had to use them but I have place several orders for multiple different products and have had no issues. Good luck and happy ordering...

I wish they had more of certain things that i bought and lower prices of what i would like to try but at least the couple of things they do have that i like to buy are much lower priced than elsewhere.

This time it was wonderful, just select the items and paid them and that´s it.
This is the first time that I buy on the Internet and it was so smooth.

Ordered some essential oils, took two weeks to arrive, Wanted other oils so ordered again, two weeks later got an email that some of my order was out of stock, didnt say that on the website when I ordered. The number they gave me to call was a company promoting something, they sell your data. Then they said I couldnt cancel the order because it was already processed, it took several more days to get the order. In the meantime I went on Amazon, ordered the same things for less money, and they arrived in two days. This company is a scam company.

I am a regular customer because its prices are much cheaper than in regular stores. Also, many times, I qualify for free shipping.
I strongly recommend Lucky Vitamin store for great prices and convenience in shopping for your health needs.

Each time I order product, I seem to be in a hurry, but yet try to avoid your auto shipping option... although it probably isn't that hard, you catch me half the time... Grrrrr... other than that, I like your product and I like doing business with you. Glen

The products are good, they are easy to find, and the descriptions are clear. That is why I keep coming back. The only improvement I can think of is to add more organic and cruelty free products. Keep up the good work!

I love Lucky Vitamin, but your paypal system needs a severe overhall. I tried for two days straight to use paypal to pay for my order and finally I had to give up. After several calls to my bank, paypal and lucky vit it was determined the problem lies with you.
