Lucky Vitamin

I have ordered from this company maybe once or twice and was very comfortable. Apparently there were some confusion on my very last order where an auto shipment was placed on the order. When I saw my card was charged I went into the account and cancel the autoship then emailed them on 11/20/20 asking for a cancelation + a refund since I have sufficient amount of the very same vitamins at hand. To date 11/22/20, I haven't received the products nor the refund to my card. I have been back and forth with them and no resolution for over a week. I emailed them again and to my dismay, I was told I need to contact the carrier/postal service to find out about the package since that's the protocol they follows. Why should I have to go through that since I have been emailing them about my issues. As of now, they have lost a good customer and will not recommend anyone to shop with them since refunds are an issue to them.

Dealing with your company on auto shipments is almost impossible. I have request numerous times to have my medication shipped every two months. I usually receive it three or four month later. I keep change the shipment date, and still I do not receive my medication on time. Besides your delivery time it totally inaccurate. You say you ship it on the first of the month, I finally receive it around the 15th of the month.

When I ordered, I picked the second most expensive delivery option, but when I was about to check out, the website had decided that I wanted the most expensive one. If I had not checked, I'd have paid three times the amount I agreed to pay. Other than that, a good variety of products and I was able to find a face mask I've been wanting for month, for cheaper than expected.

Love the products and the prices, but I can never add items to my AutoShip. It puts it in the shopping cart instead. So I always have to cancel AutoShip and then just put everything in the shopping cart. Very frustrating!

I have tried other online businesses for my supplements and I really like Lucky Vitamin the best. They have an incredible selection of products. I really appreciate the autoship program to make reordering products easier.
I also appreciate the great prices on the products!

We have always had great service from Lucky Vitamin. My husband loves elderberry lozenges and we have purchased several different brands. This last delivery of Nature's Way Sambucus (Elderberry) Vitamin C lozenges he really likes.

I really do not have a thing to say. I use this as a way to get the product that I need. The price is right. I have used this several times before, and this is the first that I have had to do this review and having to use 100 words seems rediculas.

I ordered a probiotic as well as a cooling pack to keep it cool and preserve it during shipping.
I was deeply disappointed when it arrived hot and the cooling pack was in the box unwrapped around the bottle and not cooled as expected

Osteo Bi-Flex is very good for my health in the winter season. I thinks It is the useful vitamin. I often get the paint from my body when the winter comes, so when I find this Osteo Bi-Flex. I feel happy when I use it

I tried placing another order and again I had trouble. My order was there and when I went to place it the order was gone. I was so frustrated I gave up and planned on calling the next day. But on The next day I get a message saying my order was being processed! I also wanted to use a coupon which I was told by a rep., I couldn't use coupons due to auto ship. I placed a new order and used my coupons!

I am a frequent buyer of Twinlab and other products through LV and their service and delivery have been great however the price of the Twinlab product varies every time even though I order a similar number each time. I have had to stop budgeting my monthly costs and since this has gone on for years I will begin evaluating other products.

I am based in the UK and bought several health products from Lucky-Vitamin because their prices are more competitive than the UK and they have a greater product range. Their shipping rate to the UK is also very competitive although it does take a little longer to get delivery but that is not an issue for me.

You need a cleaner website and all the incentives to buy/ship automatically feels too pushy.
I'd rather not be nagged over and over and over about how much I'd save if I drank the marketing koolaid.
Just sell stuff at a decent discount and stop all the nagging PLEASE!

There's just a lot, a lot, a lot of stuff to sort through. I see the reviews that aren't happy about shipping, but I've never had a problem at all. I just find the website kinda time consuming to sort through. But I like the videos of the companies, so I know about their products and production, and I like the products offered.

Your site says 10% for first-time customers, but does NOT allow this coupon code to be used as check-out. This is False Advertising and someone who has better resources than myself would take you to the cleaners. Any marketing or coupon MUST state "limitations or restrictions apply" which the promo DOES NOT state. I will probably not be using this site again.

I have never had any issues with the LuckyVitamin company! My lucky autoship/recurring orders are so easy to manage and they always remind me of a shipment so I can make changes if needed. LuckyVitamin has the BEST selection of all the tops brands! They let me know if there is a backorder issue (backorders are rare!) so I can plan ahead. I am always excited to see my LuckyVitamin box waiting for me when I get home because I know it is exactly what I ordered and there are usually little surprise samples that are awesome!

I am an avid amazon shopper. And the price for my probiotic is compareable, however, LuckyVitamin ships with ice packs, Amazon does not. Shipping with ice guarantees my probiotic is at it's best when I get it. The thought and consideration to do that speaks volumes to me.

Great selection of products and discounted prices if you opt for Autoshipment. The delivery was quick and the products came unaltered/undamaged. I ordered protein powder, protein bars and gum and they weren't heat damaged at all. Great website, highly recommend!

I have found exactly what I'm looking for in this company. I'm doing my best to go Cruelty-Free, Vegan, Toxic-Free, etc... and I love that I can pick and choose which Specialties I want! I also love the AutoShip! I can't say enough GOOD things about LuckyVitamin. I appreciate your company and what you have to offer. There is so much more I could say, but I'll sum it up by I'm addicted to shopping with LuckyVitamin! :) Thank you for all you stand for and what you do!

I should read reviews before buy with this company. They are SCAMMERS. After a month they send me wrong products and then charged me twice more because I had the option of resend me every month my creams. But... Oh my Lord! They can not explain to me why they charged twice again and do not want to refund my money.
SO FRUSTRATED!

I brought up the item I was looking for and was immediately confused. Out of stock-- unless maybe I buy 5 of the six-pack I was looking at? So I went to the phone to try to see when it might be back in stock? Good luck the Robot had no clue. So I went shopping and in short order LV was definitely best price and probably why item is out of stock. I will wait and hope. I did try the free trial of advice for 30days and free shipping. We will see if that is worth it! I have bought this product before several times and convinced it helps me with an upper respertory problem.

Offering prices for items to Canadians, even when they are shipped from the USA. Very speedy delivery, and DHL shipping have option to not worry about duties, which is a SUPER PLUS! Definitely recommend!

Horrible customer service, just displays the item is shipped from New Delhi Airport on 9 th july, but no updates and it is 19 days since I placed my order.
Pathetic service.
