The bottle of poorly wrapped lemon juice shattered in the box soaking everything & leaving a huge mess. USPS stamped box was received this way, damaged & leaking. Can't reach customer service. Tried phone, chat & emails, no response. Terrible service! Will never use again.

Very bad and rude custom service awful her name was Samantha! I paid 2 days shipping for this probiotics... bottle was open and they want to $10 for retun shipping? Are you serious!? NOW i need to go to pack this used probiotics going to post office waiting line waste my time!? They won't take any responsibility! I will never use this company again... Back to the Vitamin shoppe or Amazon. Bad first time experience with this company...

I was on hold yesterday for a half hour (finally hung up) and now I have just hung up after being on hold for another half hour this morning. This is in regards to a shipment that they show delivered, but I never received. This is the second time this has happened! Previously, I had a very long wait time. I told myself I would never deal with them again (I am a slow learner sometimes). This is definitely the last time I use them. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. If there is any problem with your shipment, you will find it impossible to get through to customer service.

I receive sale emails from you. You say I must use same email when ordering. I do. Screen says wrong email; can't have discount. I start over and enter a different email then lose my order and can't use same payment method for some reason on your screen. I must then start over again. Finally screen lets me enter another form of payment. This took 30 min. Shouldve take 10 min. 15 max. This has happened on your site at least two other times. I'm surprised I keep ordering from you. I guess I like your products. But maybe I should find a more user friendly order screen situation. Ugh
Shipping to SG is expensive compared to iherb. However stock in hand is better iherb is always oos). If this can be improved (find better logistic partner) you will get a lot of orders from Singapore.

Had to tunnel around my VPN in order to get my order to complete. NOT OPTIMUM. Been trying for three days, and finally figured it out. 'twas driving me bonkers. Their Chat-support was not at all helpful. Unknown how long I waited in queue over three days waiting for an agent. Maybe it was the VPN? Unknown by me.

If you cannot complete your order and get the pulsating four-leaf-clover, try tunneling around your VPN.

Company didn't deliver my package. I had to chase them incessantly. The package was returned to them and they then advised they would refund my money and reduce it by 25%. I was very unhappy with the lack of communication or follow up and I didn't get my items. I would not recommend.

Had a tough time getting items into my cart, as I tried to use quick re-order to find the products to add to some new items I had not ordered before. Took numerous tries to get everything in the right cart.
Lucky vitamin are good for everybody i ave tried them for three to four years and my husband is trying too, he said he feel with more energy, i have checked with my pharmacist and how to take them, with out interfering with my regular medication, and said it is safe to take them at snack time
I ordered some "healthy" skin products while recovering from a bout of infectious facial cellulitis and none of the products (but the soap) were usable, the face makeup was too dry and clogged the pores and was too light in color. I got three of those; also some brow/lid color and that was too smeary-and-stainy, wrong consistency and no brush, and the cheek color barely came out of the container and didn't go on at all, almost hard as a rock, and only the three bars of castille soap were ok, so I returned everything but the soap and should have received maybe 40 in refund (the three soaps were maybe 6 dollars) but they took the whole 50 after they lied and said I opened the other 2 bottles of makeup. But why would anyone do that even if they liked the product. Who opens 3 bottles at once, and the reason they did that was for spite; they didn't like the accurate feedback, smarmy, abusive vindictive company... please avoid them like the plague!
When i ordered product i was given delivery estimate of October 8-12. When my order was shipped delivery estimate jumped to October 18. It will be 2 weeks before i get my order. I had to go to a local store and buy it at a regular price thus nullifying all my savings from ordering from lucky vitamin. Not a happy customer.
I ordered some vitamins and they never showed up (delivery exception from Fedex that was never explained). Rep said they would send out a replacement and expedite the shipping which was a total lie (they sent it out ground instead of 2-day as I was promised). Waited all week for that package which was also never delivered due to Fedex's error. Communicated with Stephani St. Cyr who is hands-down the WORST customer service manager in the world. She blamed me, made excuses and stood behind the lies I was told without making the situation right. When I asked for a refund I was ignored so I had to put the charge for a shipment that never arrived into dispute. Never again will I buy anything from UN-Lucky Vitamin. I'll stick with Vitacost.com who has an A+ rating with the BBB. Lucky Vitamin's rating is a D- and that says it all!
Orders have always been received within the time stated. The only problem on my orders have been when protein chips are ordered; shipping department places them in the same box as heavy items and the chips are crushed by the time they are delivered. All products ordered are delicious!
I found this website on an Amazon page. The prices were lower than amazon, ebay. And my locale herb market. Their free shipping cost was higher than the other sites. Amazon offers free shipping on $25.00.
I love shopping at LuckyVitamin! I've been shopping LV for several years now. I can always find the natural products I need at lower prices. I love how I can easily see the ingredients. I've never had a problem with an order and delivery is always prompt.
