Awesome vitamins, prices and selection but customer service is awful! Tried to correct an address and called and called but got nobody when it shipped to the wrong address they were not helpful at all and told me I should have called. Duh, I did. Repeatedly!

I love the websites that has knowledge about the products - very educational! The videos that posted was very informational too. The website is very organized, we can easily find the products that we need. Thank you!

When I need to find an item for a better price than retail, I KNOW I will likely find it at LuckyVitamin. Though we do find the best deals through our organic buying co-op, I can only order there once a month and then wait for 7-8 days for the truck to deliver at a drop point 1.5 hrs away from our home. When I am in a pinch, LuckyVitamin usually delivers on what I need.

I was able to research by my interest to find what I needed and find many products to choose from. Also, with the promotion I was able to find good prices on the products too. Free shipping also helps too.

I ordered The Warrior Force Extreme Protein powder. It took 7 days to receive. I live in PA and it was coming from Ohio Ridiculous! They sent me the wrong product, they told me I must return it to get a refund. Which means I would have to wait 7 more days to receive the rite protein powder. I only ordered from them because Vitacost was out of this product. I'm a business owner, I would have no customers if I treated them as poorly as I was treated.

I was introduced to Lucky Vitamin by a druggest who said he buys his vitamins from Lucky Vitamin. That impressed me because he could have purchased vitamins at a discount from the chain for which he worked.

I have tried two herbals for famale libido enhncers and they works well. Only hardship is the delay in reaching the products to me. And the service is also good. Expensive than other merchants in terms of Shipping.

I would put "zero" stars if I could. I canceled ordered as soon as I placed it. Received "canned" email that the order was updated, and not to request again. Funds never refunded. They claimed 2 days later that it was too late to cancel. Ordered on a Thursday, they claimed they could not stop the order, but shipped following Tuesday via USPS. They are not honest. I would never order anything from them again.

I was looking for a product of "garden of life" on the internet.
Guess what... Lucky vitamines had the right one with the best price!
Even with the shipment costs and tax included, it is still cheaper.
I am so happy with this good product and the services that ordered now a second time.

I recently TRIED to place a simple order with Lucky Vitamins. Two online attempts wouldn't work, kept rejecting my street address, again and again. I checked my address carefully, it was all correct so obviously a glitch at their site.

I then emailed them and was told to phone instead to place my order. I tried that and was then told they were out of the items I wanted!

Then about a week later they sent me one alert after another(about 10 in a period of less than a week)that the items I wanted were now back in stock.

I then phoned in AGAIN and this time, a very $#*!y rep. Informed me that they couldn't take a Canadian order by phone! When I tried to explain about all the previous delays and issues online, she just kept interrupting, telling me there was nothing she could do about it. No apologies, just rude and unhelpful.

This company is the worst! I'm sticking with Amazon Canada and Well.ca from now on. I don't have the time or interest to bother with this kind of BS!

My local WFM stopped carrying the Herban Cowboy soap I've been using for the past several years. I tried visiting other local stores but couldn't locate this product anywhere, so it was really nice to find you online. I now have a six-pack arriving at my door very soon.

Bought apple cider vinegar limeade for our 'skinny margaritas'. Well packaged and delivered promptly. Just think it was expensive per bottle but frankly couldn't find it anywhere else so grateful that Lucky Vitamin had it.

The only problem I ever encounter is when I get a 5$ code for being a good customer,
They dont come often I have been buying every month for 3 years now, when I go to use the code because I use paypal they sat it has to be entered in the beginning, but there is a space for any code you may have! Its only 5$ but for me on disability it helps

First of All, I love you'r platform. It is very functional 100%, easy to shop & go back & forth from products & cart. I want you to realize that I recently spent 20 hours trying to register@ another vitaShopee & it was only failure after failure after falure. I actually registered 6 accounts & unable to log on any of them, it was the same story, U'r P. W. & email don't match. 1,000% unfuctional. But Thank You Universe For LUCKY VITAMIN. COM. You saved me! Everything I desire you have, nootropics etc., etc., etc. It's been a great experience w/ Luckyvitamin.

I love the website and the online ordering was simple and easy to do. But if i hadn't had a coupon to lower costs i probably would have cancelled purchasing from the website due to the high shipping cost. There should be free shipping with a certain amount purchased and i would be much more likely to re purchase from the website

I was looking for a particular supplement and they had it, also, they made it easy to return it for a chewable version which worked better. I am now using Lucy Vitamins for over the counter supplements that I need.
Much easier than going to the store.
