Lucky Vitamin

I have enjoyed using lucky vitamin and have recommended it to others. I do not know how to use my lucky vitamin reward points and I have never noticed anything on the website helping to give this information. I found everything I was looking for at great prices. I had some trouble wiht teh button to purchase the order, the clickable field was all teh way to the right. It tool me a long time to figure out how to get the curse to change to the clicking finger from the arrow...

They start off shipping by Fed Ex then it transfers to UPS then to USPS - then where's my order. They want me to go to the post office to pick up my order. And I need Lucky Vitamins because of why. All that they sell others sell I found it all on Amazon and they know how to get the package to you. Lucky for them not lucky for me never again with Lucky Vitamins

I buy all my probiotics and vitamins at Lucky Vitamin because it is the best. The prices are reasonable and I found it to be the only site where probiotics that need to be refregareted are not spoiled

I am a cancer survivor x 2! Cervical cancer with total hysterectomy in 2009 and more recently melanoma in July 2017. My doctor advised me to take immuno-build therapy, grape seed extract, curcumin extract, COq10, and NOW brand mixed Vitamin E. I thought I would have to search keywords to find all of these supplements. I typed in NOW and was so fortunate to find LUCKYVITAMIN. I was able to order all of my doctor's recommendations, and have auto ship every 2 or 3 months. The descriptions are clear, easy to follow. The prices incredible! I look forward to many healthy years ahead, especially with my Lucky Vitamin purchases.

Before I checked out on Amazon, I did a quick google search to see if I could find my Nunaturals simple syrup and found this site. Very glad that I did because I purchased 5 bottles and saved over $25!

Initially I was looking on another site for Apple Cider Vinegar but I stumbled upon your site and was glad I did! First I found an alternative to the ACV (the Apple Cider Vinegar Detox) but then I was even more happier because it was way cheaper. The package arrived promptly and with no problems. Thanks again... I was glad to find the option to compare two products (cat vitamins, two forms), but unfortunately that didn't allow direct comparison of their ingredients. I had to jump out of the comparison, one product at a time, and then close that. In fact, when I tried to close out of the ingredients of the one, I couldn't get to the ingredients of the other one from the comparison. Thank goodness I hadn't found more than the two to compare.

They offer some great products and many prices even beat Amazon! For example, the Lucky Vitamin brand Gymnema sylvestre I take every day contains the exact same ingredient as what I'd been taking, but at a lower price per dose. Their Green Tea extract also has MUCH lower caffeine than any other brand I've seen- a plus for caffeine-sensitive consumers.

I've been a lucky vitamin customer for many years. Their customer service practices are not congruent with their stated customer satisfaction policy.
If you value your money, energy and peace of mind DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
They are not interested in keeping their customers happy/satisfied.
They will not do the right thing and correct their errors and compensate you fairly.

I used this site once before and they sent me a $10 coupon in the mail. Yay for coupons! I used it today to replenish my Heather's Tummy Fiber. The website is user friendly and I appreciate that.

I am ordering items to be shipped in US and wished to use Paypal as the payment method. As I checked out with Paypal, it looks like I need to use my Paypal shipping address, but my paypal is not a US account which means I cannot add a US address. Would be better if the customers can use a separate shipping address from Paypal. In the end, I had to use my credit card which is very annoying.

I started buying luckyvitamin cod liver oil recently and so far they have been amazing. Good products, prices and coupons/deals. I hope nothing changes!

In purchasing, I inadvertantly hit the autoship button! Realized it once I got my to my email, where they were confirming my autoships, which in this case, I did not want. I tried to call to correct it immediately, before they shipped the order, in case I needed to cancel & reorder, but they asked me to submit a request form via chat or email, which I did. They responded quickly, emailed me back to clarify. I confirmed and matter was taken care of. I didn't have to reorder either, which was a time saver. Very happy with the efficiency and quick service provided. It also came when they said it was going to arrive! I would prefer giving business to the growing mom & pop-type businesses, rather than the huge conglomorates, and Lucky Vitamin fits the bill. I've been happy with services each time I've used them.

Love the prices. This hair color would cost me $7 more at my local health food store plus gas and drive time. Haven't purchased anything else yet but going to price my vitamins.

Too expensive, an item was in stock when i ordered then is back ordered, no free shipping... there are better options; i have tried to like this site but for these reasons never again
