I have to admit that I am very disappointed about the timing of my last few orders with your company. I made several orders at the beginning of September and I received my orders broken into many separate deliveries and spread out over a long period. I just received notification that the last items of my order have just been dispatched 7 weeks late! I don't know if that's normal for your company but I have to say that my trust in your company to stock the products that match my needs and to deliver them on time has fallen significantly and I am not sure that I would make another order with your company.
The site is simple to use and to adjust. Shipping for me is not an issue price wise, seems to be pretty average compared to everywhere else. Plus they had the product I wanted. Will adjust review when receive product.
I recently bought a product I needed shipped asap so I chose the 2 day shipping. 2 days actually meant a week, meanwhile I was unable to supply the product I make to my clients, and lucky vitamin didn't even respond to my message about paying extra for shipping that ultimately took as long as if I had chose free shipping on another site. Had i known it would've been delivered a week later I would've bought it from a more reliable site... i like to try to buy from smaller businesses but won't buy from this one again. I don't know who's in charge of this business but they need to get their head out of their $#*!.

Switching my purchases of nutritional supplements and vitamins from Amazon to Lucky Vitamin. So far, so good. Prices seem fair and the selection is good. Their house brand seems to hold up to the big brands. I like that it is family owned. I wish they had a better selection of preworkouts and their pricing seems a little high, but I haven't tried the price matching feature yet.
Site would not work so I tried chatting with someone who could not help+suggested I call the 888 customer service #, but they were not available even tho they were supposed to be open. Went back to the site+placed the order but it cost more the second time. Not pleased.

You don't have to choose auto ship, but can save money on the products you use often if you wish to. Either way, their prices are still the best. I have had to contact customer service due to liquid products being damaged in shipping and they were very responsive, friendly and helpful.
