Where do i start? Well the order arrived after about 3 weeks, but considering its a pro biotic and heat sensitive, it would be ineffective. So i emailed Lucky Vitamin 3 times with a response saying after 5 days that if the problem still exists email them again. To which they took 3 working days to reply again (they sent me an email each time saying id get a reply within 24 hours). So i opened a paypal dispute because they wont contact me to take the product back and get a refund. The process has taken a very long time (5 weeks) to get to the point i can get a refund.
Said free shipping then charged me $9 for shipping, called to ask why she said because it's going to a PO Box. My account had a physical address first and PO Box as secondary because that's what my billing is under. Lady was rude said she doesn't know why it choose the PO Box. She never offered to fix it to go to my physical address. Cancelled the order. Poor customer service, will buy my product from another company.
I've been buying the majority of my supplements from Lucky Vitamin for the past couple of years and I will continue to do so. The prices are great and love being able to order from the convenience of my home and having them shipped right to my door at no extra cost!

I find Lucky Vitamin to be an honest, easy to deal with Company. Service was fantastic, communications were prompt and shipping time was better than expected. Returns were easy and refunds were prompt. This is a great company and very uncomplicated in dealing with them on any level. Prices are great and savings are good. I would recommend this company.
Shipment of orders is very slow. Do not anticipate customers' needs or satisfaction. It appears Lucky caters to its own interest above that of its customers.
I am a repeat customer and I usually buy liquid hand soap. My two bottles of soap were packed with great care after my previous order was damaged. Thank you for taking great care of this order and making it a worry free transaction.; 0)
I searched and searched for many web sites for raw honey during the cyber week. It seems that LuckyVitamin has the best price all year round for the raw honey I uses regularly. Also, they service is great and was very responsive to my concerns.
The site offers a 10% discount for first orders. I put some items in the checkout basket then changed the quantity of one item and went back and added another item. When I went to check out, it said I had already ordered and refused to give me the discount. I called on the phone and the customer service rep said I should order the products and then wait 15 minutes and call back and they would put the discount in manually. The rep couldn't get into my account. They seem to have some major computer issues. I ordered the product and we'll see how it goes, but if they don't give me the discount, there won't be a second order. The ordering process is rather cumbersome.
My order was a mess, a box of totally useless stuff I did not order. The main reason for my order was to set up a re-occurring purchase for Just Mayo. It has been discontinued. I received a bottle of 3, 6, 9 oil which I will never use. A total waste of money.
