TERRIBLE BEYOND AWFUL SERVICE. I place an order over a week ago via phone and called to see where my product was. I was just informed my card was declined for some reason and therefore the product did not ship. I am amazed since I have several other cards I could have used HOWEVER I was not informed at the time of placing order there was an issue. As a matter of fact I was told the order was placed. Nor was I sent an email or given a call back. Instead my dog who is ailing is without something I could have gone to the store for. When I called to complain all I was told was that I should place another order... no apologies, nothing to make up for this disaster. HATE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR ATTITUDE... BEWARE!
Product was never recieved, despite havind corrected address email, which was recieved back as issue having "BEEN ADDRESSED" and i was expected to contact the shipper. Have requested a refund or replacement so far no response. Bad Service
My package comes in a timely manner. It is packed well. And I know I'm getting great, healthy products! I feel that the staff really cares about their products, and the customers.
Due to website slowness it took long to place order. I was able to get everything I wanted. Others did not have everything. Prices are more affordable than the health food stores.

IT HAS BEEN 13 DAYS AND MY ITEMS ARE STILL SHOWN AS "IN PICKING"
I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE PAYING TO GET THE GOOD REVIEWS. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
