Lucky Vitamin

I have given this company many changes to make me proud and once again they have failed me. I was debited for my full order (over $100). I was also debited for the amount of product that Lucky Vitamin had to "back order" because they did not have the product in stock. So, because they do not have stock to send me, they have my bank hold additional funds for an order I've already paid. When I questioned this practice, I was told that they want to make sure I have money to back up my order. Is this rude, or is the bad customer service? You choose.

During this difficult COVID-19 challenge, we are all trodding through at this time in our lives, Big Thank you to Luckyvitamin for coming through victoriously.

At first, I must admit I was hesitant to place an order due to my previous experiences of receiving items damaged due to inferior packing materials. But everyone deserves a second chance. So I placed my order of vitamins made in glass bottles, which arrived with bubble wrap enclosures especially made for bottles, air cushion baggies stuff, along with Fragile Red labels placed on the exterior of the package. It arrived perfectly intact. Kudos to Everyone at Luckyvitamin. Keep up the good work.

I'm really thrilled that Lucky Vitamin was able to provide me with my "Old Indian Wild Cherry Bark Syrup"from Planetary Naturals. Even though the product was temporarily back ordered they still let me purchase it... which is great because I really need it to stay free from colds. I received no confirmation email about my order so now I don't know if my order is in process. Lucky's prices would get a five-star, but the service only a two.

Also, I would have liked to have sent the order to Canada because Lucky's prices are very good, but since Lucky doesn't use USPS, it means the cost of the order is $10 more than stated because DHL charges to collect the provincial and federal sales taxes, no matter how puny. I've had them charge me $10 to collect 70 cents in tax. This does happen with the post office on very large orders, but the small orders go through. So I won't be placing Canadian orders with Lucky. Too bad, they seem to want Canadian business.

And when I looked for an email address to ask about using USPS, I couldn't find one. Great way for customers to feel they matter to a company!
