They advertise free 3 day shipping. When you order they tack on a $19.95 "handling" fee and blame it on FedEx. Are you kidding. Buy your new luggage anywhere but at Luggage Pros. Then when you ask to speak with the owner they tell you he doesn't speak with customers. I guess not after he try's to play them for idiots.
After a distasteful episode with another retailer I turned to LuggagePros and they came through. I made a slight error on the online order and called in. A live person answered on the first ring! Bam,,, two minutes later all was in order. And I received my beautiful new PacSafe bag in less than 48 hours. They've earned my business.

Quality is good. It has a foam inside. But if you have a separate case of your laptop and put every accessories like charger and mouse. It is difficult to zip the zipper. So i removed the case
