I bought a top on Luisa Via Roma, tried it on and realised I needed a size up. So I order a new size straight away and return the original item.
They claimed I've removed a tag which I ABDOLUTELY DIDNT REMOVE! And they haven't refund me. I've filed a complaint for fraud with the Italian Autorities. Stay away! I always buy on NET A PORTER and never had a problem.
I return my item and they didn't accept it for no reason now I'm stock with a 600$ jeans that don't fit me!
