Them over 38 days ago, paid for expedited shipping. The dress still isn't here and hoco was a week ago! Emailed asking for refund and they claim my package is en route/ the tracking # doesn't work/ they are a scam. Save your

“Fraudulent trade practice”

I had a hard with this company. They have terrible customer support. They ship items from china some low cheap quality products. Mine came a wrong product that took a month to return and pay my money back. Worst experience of my life.
