Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
I was really looking forward to this and super hyped but was ultimately let down by the coverage, the shade, etc.

Not sure how I first found out about it but I saw many advertisements about it but thought it was more expensive than it is so I never looked into it

I'm amazed at how good the makeup looks. It's so easy to put on. And it looks so natural. I wish I had purchase this years ago. It would have saved me a lot of money.
I would give a -50 star if i could they suck they charge you over and over for the same thing and cant talk to anyone on phone its all bs should be put in jail

Easy to order however first shade was too light, called customer service and they quickly replaced it with a better shade. Goes on smooth and not heavy on the skin!

I was confused why it went up $10 for monthly fees. Didn't know this was because of the bundle. That would be something to out in the order summary to clarify.

The upgrades are completely optional for the system and is up to your makeup preference! We do disclose our terms and conditions when purchasing the product and viewing the product - as well as sending a confirmation email out to the customer letting them know of the installments! Luminess hides the wrinkles I don't want anyone to see. I also have spots and blotches on the left side of my face. Using luminess covers them and makes me feel beautiful.

Being a customer about 3 or 4 years ago, I thought would be simple, I could just order same shades (names), ordered before, but it was not a simple process.
The CSR I spoke with didn't make me feel confident about the purchase. She advised that she couldn't match my shades with the same shades I had originally ordered in 2018. After receiving and trying product, I didn't like it the results right away. I called and was ready to send everything back, but the CSR I spoke with this time assured me that he was able to find old orders and match same shades. He advised me that he will be sending out a second set for me to try. I can't wait to receive and I'm already feeling the new set is what I should have gotten first time, but it was end of day for CSR and she was trying to go home.

If signing up for the trial, they do a pre-authorization of the full amount, and after 5days the full amount drops off until after your trial ends.

I accidentally purchased a $25 eyeshadow and when I called the next day to take it off the man lied to me and said that my stuff was already shipped out even though I never got my confirmation number or email and a week later is when it got shipped off cuz that's when I received my confirmation letter and email so overall experience is very bad I would give it no stars
