Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
It was quick and easy, I received my order, I just wanted the 14 day trial order, was sent that plus 2 other items I didn't order, I got the return address, now sending back what I didn't order, but I cancelled my subscription, I don't really use makeup but wanted to try, Love it
I ordered and received the wrong color. Spoke with a specialist who reordered for me and told me to keep the one that was incorrect. The next order i received was a perfect match. I've worn it twice. I've tried to wear a third time, however, there is now black stuff coming out when i spray. I make sure to shake well before each usage. Not sure why the black stuff was coming out my guess was the aerosol. But, now, my makeup is not wearable bc of this blackness oozing out.

I ordered the trial package, but the foundation and concealer were too light in color! In placing my trial order other products popped up, for interest. I thought I could check them for future orders, but I was charged for them. I like the primer, sealant, and the eraser. When I can get the correct color for my foundation, then I will order again. Perhaps if a color palette could be sent with the trial order, it would be easier to get the right color. The pictures don't do enough for women of color. I liked the feel of the foundation. I would also like the item that sprays the foundation, then use the brush to smooth it evenly!
I ordered the trial package, and other items popped up. I checked the ones I thought would be reserved if the trial package was satisfactory, but instead I was charged for all the other products that were sent. I thought these items would go in my cart until I made a decision. The foundation and concealer are too light. Before I order again I would need another color.
The person who answered my question said they would give me a percentage off if I decided to keep the products.

I found that the tiniest foundation bottles that were the more expensive bigger bottles were not worth the money. Ive had my foundation for a week and it is half gone. The cordless breeze is not a breeze. Its hard to work and uses more foundation then it should. I will be sending this product back

To me, the color matching is a little off. I went very very closely with my matching and the foundation was way to light, almost a while.
Did another color match questionnaire and i changed it a little to try a darker shade, however I can't afford it right now. My CSR was great

Unable to contact no one for a week, unable to return my package, they told me 14 days then they told that 30 day, they I ended up with a clor that didn't not match me and with $98 withdrawal bill. I didn't receive any refund. I really disappointed.
Looks like she was only focus on the sales and not on the customer satisfaction.

Happy with my choice of color shade and how it applies. It has a great feel, but it does not stay on all day. Must be reapplied!

The product arrived in a timely manner and I was excited to receive My only disappointment is that the instructions were a bit vague for some was who hasn't worn make-up in a while. The coverage is good and I love the brushes, just not sure which end is for application and which is for blending. Guess I'll figure it out

I am not happy with the samples received. The product does not have the quality that I would expect for such a costly product. I am further disappointed that my request to not send me the sample was not accepted. I literally clicked to cancel within seconds and no one respected my wishes. This is dishonest and I am very upset. Please issue me with a return label so that I can return the sample.
My request to return the sample within seconds of me clicking cancel was not honored. Customer service made no effort to rectify the situation and still sent me an unwanted product.

While it took a couple weeks for my LUMINESS products to arrive, they are worth it. Easy to apply, great lightweight coverage, and a flawless finish. I'm in my 50s and hate heavy, thick foundation. LUMINESS feels like a tinted moisturizer but covers like full foundation. I will definitely purchase again and try their other products in the future.

Nearly 25 years ago, innovator, artist, and entrepreneur Sean Mehta had a thriving fashion and garment business as one of the largest importers of beaded gowns in the United States. During photoshoots for each fashion collection, he noticed something.
The makeup artist ALWAYS used an airbrush machine on the fashion models. He would ask each makeup artist, why are you using airbrush, and the response was always the same – It’s the best way to give you the flawless look and the only one that can last the whole photoshoot. So he thought to himself – if airbrushing is the best way to give women flawless, long-lasting and beautiful coverage – WHY doesn’t every woman in the country have one?
The answer was clear – traditional airbrushing was messy, loud, large, and relatively expensive – basically, it wasn’t friendly for the everyday woman and the majority of beauty companies were focused on traditional cosmetics.
