My experience was very easy, placed order to try before you buy, receive the product within a very reasonable amount of time and went to work. Not too pleased with my color match, a bit too light in color and in coverage. Hoping to try a new foundation color before my two week trail is up.

I had fun getting all the products on my face. Love using a brush to apply makeup. Also I like how the Blush is also put on with the brush. Might try a different color.foundation. I never received the cup to clean the brush in. Could you please send that to me. Thank you.
I have used the product for over a week and not sure, but I don't think my skin is agreeing with the product. Face breaking out in several places. Over 60, my face does not break out. Also, the color is not right, needs to be lighter.
Good and easy! She gave me a lot of information that helped me and even sent me out a different color than the one that I had ordered because it wasn't matching correctly. I appreciate good customer service because everything is so much money these days.
Website was hard to navigate. Finding the products I wanted was difficult. I ended up with two products I didn't want and had to bail out of checkout to return to my bag and delete the unwanted items. Checkout was also difficult even though I chose PayPal.
I ordered the try before you buy basic set but received several items I did not order, and was billed for them. I called to cancel as I was not happy with the product. Icalled and was told to keep the extra pieces at an additional cost. I didn't the products, have no use for them, but had to pay for them anyway just to get out of the program. Not a happy camper!
It is easy to apply, the coverage is great and it does match my skin well. My only disappointment is the overspray when applying to the brush. The advertisement shows women applying this in their car I don't see how with all the overspray. My concealer was not a good match it was very light. The palette is very nice, the pigment for the eye shadow is great and the powder is very nice.
-Color match is poor, Mine was orange.
-The coverage is mediocre and can see pores through and does not set well.
-By the time it comes in the mail you have maybe a day or two to review if you like it and return.
-Customer service line is a joke, wait time was 100 min and a call back went straight into the holding again with no Live person.
-Sephora used to be my go to with their brand of spray foundation, nothing has come close. I am still on the search for something better. Unfortunately this is not it.
Took me a while to work out what was what.
Serum described as a spray yet came in a dropper bottle.
Sprays produce very cold product.
I don't think anything will last.

Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
