Initially very poor service with Luminess web site adding 5 items which I did not ask for to my order and then attempting to charge me for them. I called and spoke with a representative who gave me a huge discount to try the products when I asked for the order to be cancelled. I felt that was fair but still not happy with the initial experience. Will withhold final judgment until I have tried all of the products which were ultimately sent to me.
As noted above, Kevin was pleasant and willing to assist me with my problem. Initial problem was resolved without a lot of money involved, but as noted the problem should never have been allowed to happen in the first place.

Wonderful! I've wanted to treat myself for a very long time but couldn't really do the makeup I preferred,as a single mother. I put my wants last. Luckily for Christmas my family gave me some money so that I could finally purchase this product for myself to enjoy and try! It has fulfilled all expectations! I'm so happy about this treat

When I signed up with Luminess, it was for $6.49 to start and $39.95 after 14 days. When I checked my order History I seen where $59.85 was withdrawn from my account before 14 days, and then a remaining balance of $52.95. This is NOT what was advertised.

There was conflicting information about returns. The website indicated that all returns must have an authorized RMA, but when returning a defective product, I was given an address to just return it with my name and phone number on a piece of paper inside the box.
I just wish the instructions were a little clearer.
It took several attempts before I reached the correct person/department.
It would be helpful to have a complete list of contact to select from depending on what the issue is.

The ordering and delivery process was outstanding.
The products are exceptional in both coverage and ease of application.
Still unsure that I chose the right color, but if the exchange process goes as smoothly as everything else, I'm extremely impressed.

I'm one to wear little make up more of a natural coverage person, 50 years old and do have under eye wrinkles. I used to have the old legend air brush system but that took so much time in the mornings. When I got an advertisement of the Airbrush Spray foundation try it before you buy it with buffing brush. I decided to give it a try and OMG I love it! You can apply as needed and it feels as though I have no foundation! So light weight and flawless! If you are on the fence of purchasing... Do yourself a favor and give it a try!
