Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
Told me to wait another 48 hrs, if it didn't come to call them. I'm still waiting.

Coverage, but hate the residue it leaves on my counters. The coverage was great and I love the primer! Make sure to shake well or it will come out green.
We do our best to make our products as efficient as possible, but proper technique is definitely key to really avoid that overspray! So, with practice and proper technique, you can most certainly have all the spray land on the brush! The industry needs to realize people are mixed different races so our color and tone of our skin is different. I am mix Native American; Africa American and Caucasian. We are not all the same!

I was not a fan of the shade, it's too greasy, and the transfer onto clothing is awful. I sent an email trying to get a return because I did the try before you buy and I've still not had anyone respond. I'll be calling customer service.

I had no issues with my first order. The only hard part I had was picking out my shade as I'm typically in between two shades, but I'm happy with what I received and will order again.

I received my order and it is too orange. I called to cancel but she said I could try another color. She transferred me and all I did was sit and wait for someone to answer, which never happened. Not too happy about that part.

I like the product. I'm just uncertain about the color match. It seems like it's close just not right on or I'm doing something wrong. Just be sure of your of your color. I love the way it goes on with the brush. It's easy application. I set mine with a powder which I recommend. It looks flawless once you get the hang of it and perfect what works for you.

I absolutely appreciate the customer service that I received when I called the customer service number to inquire about why they automatically charged me for a product that said "No charge, Try for FREE" and they charged my account before I even received the product. The agent I spoke with was very kind, professional, and refunded my money asap. Bonus was that I got to keep the product due to it being the type of product it is.
The gentleman I spoke with (can't remember his name) about why they (Luminess) had already charged my account when the ad said "no charge" unless you like the product and decided to keep it, was very kind, professional, and refunded my money right then during the phone call. If I could afford the prices, I would like to purchase more products from this company. However, I do sweat a lot with my job, and I have yet to find a foundation that doesn't come off when I sweat and wipe my face clean.
I kept seeing ads for the aerosol foundation and primer on social media platforms such as Facebook, X (aka Twitter), and even on TikTok. Therefore, I decided to try the product because they offered a FREE try with no obligation to purchase and I only had to pay if I decided that I wanted to keep the product.
