I have tried three different shades and gotten charged every time and would like to just be able to return this last one so I don't get charged again because it like the others doesn't match. I must have thrown away my original receipt of sale so now I won't be blue to stop from being charged for this stuff I'm not even usin.

They really didn’t help that much with details of how to return they just sent an Anika and when I replied to that with questions I got no answers. You shouldn’t say returns are that easy or call it a free trial when you can’t stop from being charged if you don’t have the receipt.

I have never worn foundation so I gave it a try. The processes of finding my right color was amazing right on point. Of course I went outside to see if I can tell the difference and you can't. Great experience.

I was charged before my trial was up. Then was told I could not return. Had to send them a copy of my email that showed where my trial began and ends. Then they finally agreed to Let me return for a refund.

First, I ordered the wrong color, but it was close enough that I still tried out the airbrush foundation for a few days. I really like the hand pump foundation better. The airbrush spray was hard to spray just the brush and not everything around it. I also didn't love the smell of the foundation. So I decided to return it and will stick with the pump option.

They helped me return the items.

Not completely satisfied with my order. The color doesn't match my skin. Upon applying product it did not go on flawlessly, dispersing it created too many imperfections. Not satisfied at all.

I sent an email to the address indicated for customer satisfaction but there was no response.

They got the color correct. But I did not like the feeling of it on my skin it kept coming off on my fingers and anything my face touched. I will be sending the product back

There are better products out there with much better results. Product might be light but you will run through this product very quickly and a very high cost.

Called to speak to customer service only was able to do by chat. Put I. A request to cancel my order it was sent anyway. Tried the product and it not the right color

The color that I received was the wrong color I only got to look at 2 samples Colors to choose from which made the color that I received not compatible with my skin tone. Whatsoever, it also showed cracking and pour definition once the makeup was put on very unhappy.

First time I have tried this product. I will now be using this as my face makeup. Feels like nothing is on my face. The primer could smell a little better but all in all loved what I got.

I really like the product but need a different shade a little darker than what I have. The foundation is very smooth but what I have now is too light. Can I change shades?

The foundation smeared on everything that I touched. The makeup remover didn't remove anything and I had to use 7 wipes to remove the dark foundation on my face.

I wrote them to ask for a label so that I can return it but no one has sent me one as of yet

I like the product and the way it goes on. I was however, sent the wrong color. The chart said that I was a 50, and I was sent 40 which is a little light. Will probably send it back for that reason.

I ordered a starter or test product for $19.00 as the ad said. Instead I received over $100.00 in your product which I did not order. I contacted customer service and you cut the price to $40 some dollars. Really don't like business like this, but thank you for your concern for my complaint.

I used the product once already it's seems to be a bit greasy Perhaps there should be a finishing spray to go along with the trial. I had to keep blotting

I am presently surprised at how much this product worked for me I need on a hunt for make up that worked with dry skin. I'm chronically ill and my skin is more then dry any foundation i have tried u can see my dryness it's not worth putting on. This doesn't show it at all. I'm in love w the primer m foundation. And the company.

Got my order pretty quick. Love the lightness of the foundation and coverage.

I got a couple extra stuff but don't remember buying it. I don't wanna get charged for it so hopefully I don't.

Overall, my experience was okay. When I first applied the product to my skin, I immediately smelled an unpleasant order. The smell continued throughout the day and made me very self conscious about it. Also, my skin started to itch. The color I chose was slightly too light for my skin tone. However, I really appreciated the coverage. It went on smoothly and covered every blemish that I needed covered.

I have a different kind of airbrush foundation and the coverage is great, so I had high hopes for Luminess. Unfortunately the coverage did not give me the coverage that I wanted.

Ordering was easy & arrived quickly. I'm not usually one to order makeup but I've been looking for a light full coverage. This is it! I'm impressed with the foundation & brush. I will definitely order again!

Quick and easy but too many add ons. This product still shows more wrinkles then I had anticipated. It's good but I thought it was gonna be even better.

Great customer service is what I received when my order was delivered to the wrong address and they promptly put out a new order I haven't tried it yet I am trying it today and will let you know what I think. Thanks for the great customer support.

Luminess was easy to order, and it was delivered quickly, and I love the airbrush makeup and system. It is very easy to use, and it makes my skin look smooth and even.
