Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
Not one item was anywhere close to my skin tone I can't use it.
The call kept dropping I couldn't even get my matter resolved

The first color foundation I ordered was not the right color for me. I called customer service and they had a new color shipped out the same day, no questions asked. Well definitely purchase m more products from them.
I ordered the totally wrong shade for the spray foundation. Spoke to customer service rep who could not find my order # nor email nor cell phone. I was getting very agitated asked for supervisor. Then he miraculously found my order and issued my refund

My money was taken from my card but I have not received any product I call and I just keep getting put on hold and it's not cheap just to let go but seems like I am going to be out of luck since I can't get through to speak to anyone

I really wanted to like this make up but it does nothing for me. It has a white undertone. Not like the picture that makes it seem like it has a golden undertone. It doesn't cover anything and has a weird smell to it

I wasn't happy with how the make up looked on me. It was super dewy and creased very easily. I sent a message to customer service and they answered me within a few hours. They offered me tutorials or another shade but I did decline.

I never received my order so I can't review what I don't have. I would just like a refund honestly.
Customer service was on point! After leaving this review on 3/23/24 I was connected by them less then 24 hrs later! She was able to give me the info on why I never got my order and let me know it was being sent out ASAP. But she did give me the choice to try it out for the 2 weeks or refund the order. I'm impressed because no other company has ever reached out to me before!

Hey, I'm just happy that I received my order, the shade matched well and the coverage was what I requested. So this was nice full coverage makeup. At one point, some strange, very dark material sprayed out even though I shook the spray can well. The makeup is pretty nice, but not moisturizing. It's okay, but not for me since I like creamy, solid makeup.

I feel like you need to use more of the product because you spray it on to the brush. It doesn't cover up my dark spots.

I'm still working my way through it, but I find this is a difficult process to master--getting my makeup even. My first time I had patches all over me. I thought it was supposed to use a few drops of base. No, it requires way more than the old way.

Used product suppose to be air brush quality and buildable even for wrinkles. But it was just as bad wearing this foundation as all others I tried when it comes to wrinkles looking worse with foundation.
He was knowledgeable and helpful was also honest about being new but had me hold while he asked someone else. Very helpful

I had to repeatedly like 9 times try to up date my new address and it kept kicking me out when I went to edit my billing address to match new mailing address grrrrrr
