Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.

We are well aware that when ordering cosmetics online, you can never be 100% sure until you try it on if it's for you, big part of why we offer it on a Try Before You Buy basis in the first place! When I originally came upon the LUMINESS site there were technical functionalities where I wasn't able to place my order and then upon trying to use the coupon code it would not work. Then the discount code that the company I work for would not work. I placed the order finally. But still without discounts and customer service could not assist. I did not receive any information about the products and tools I ordered as regard to shipping except they were on the way but no tracking info and mi was charged and my payment went through but no information when I would receive them. Called customer service and my tools and products were delayed due to the foundation color was on back order, could not understand why other items were NOT shipped but I had been charged. The CS rep assured me the foundation had been received and there was a delay in shipping and couldn't tell me when I would receive the order. Finally received the order late last week, and that's not all but am exhausted with it!

I ordered this product because I was needing better coverage that didn't look 'caked' on. This product is flawless! I have the facial oil, the primer, foundation, and finishing spray! My face feels so smooth!
The only down fall is the brush when applying the primer. I'm not sure what makes it dry faster than I can apply… I also picked the wrong color, but trial and error! Will definitely be purchasing again!
I don’t recall receiving the message about correcting my shipping address. It took almost 2 weeks to finally get to me. Honestly, it was initially my fault for not proof-reading and realizing it auto corrected my childhood address. I immediately sent an email about needing to update my address prior to my order being fulfilled.

I've been using the product for a couple days now. It's very light feeling but I don't really see much different from my regular, more affordable foundation.

I love this offer and it seems like maybe it's going to actually be something that I love if… the shade I chose is way too light, other than that I woulda been a happy lady!

This foundation is a game changer! The color match was perfect, it is honestly the one foundation that doesn't make me feel like I have plaster on my face. It is so light and doesn't highlight the texture of my skin (fine lines and large pores). I definitely recommend it.

I first ordered this makeup and was not happy with the color, was not a match at all. I called them and in 2 weeks I had another order. However, although the color match was closer it was not perfect. I called them again and i really didn't think they would send me another one. Guess what they did ad this one is the perfect match.

I would like to return the breeze and the foundation products. I am not happy with the coverage. And the makeup comes off where my glasses rest on my bridge of my nose.

As someone that doesn't use makeup at all I found this to be easy and long lasting. I never used the setting spray and was rather impressed on the coverage through out the day. I even recommended it to my mother and sister. At first it didn't seem to be my color but after letting it sit it looked rather nice.

I have a luminous airbrush machine and was thinking this might be easier but I think I had better coverage for the machine and liquid I'm not really sure about how I feel about this particular product I've only used it twice but I'm going to use it for another few days and see how I feel about it if not I'll return it and get the liquid for the airbrush machine

In this case, we can submit a shipment claim for non-receipt of the package and request to have it reshipped. However, the system asks us to wait 3 business days to be able to submit this, as sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered ahead of time but may take a couple extra days to actually complete delivery.
I love my airbrush.the first time using it, it ran out ofake up quickly but then I got used to it,& it has made my whole makeup routine quick and so much easier.i was out of the mirror & on the road in about 7 minutes flat.

Great product, silky smooth texture, looks airbrushed. Coverage is very good and hides imperfections, red blotches, age spots, undereye bag coverage also. This saves me 5 unnecessary steps to applying makeup. Easy peazy. Beautiful

I received my order promptly and after trying the makeup, I found the finish did not work for me. I am very freckled and in order to get coverage, it did not look natural.
My phone call was answered quickly and I received information on how to return the system. Very professional and helpful.
