Worst experience ever! I ordered my product weeks ago and never received it, when I called customer service to talk to people they told me to call back at another time. Can't get a refund. This company is horrible. At least send my damn product.

No one will help me. Everybody keeps telling me to come back at a later date never heard of anything like this before in my life.

Like the kit indicated, "watch the video", is excellent advice. I may need to call and get a lighter color and possibly the concealer as well. I'm usually lighter in the winter months and darker during the summer....which the photo I sent was with tanned skin. That was my fault. I'm getting use to using the wand, and found that it can go on too thick if you're not gauging the pressure correctly; it's more of the fact that I didn't think much was coming out, but keep moving the wand...as we're told to do. Also, we ladies a little older may need to gently tug to smooth out the wrinkles around the eyes before applying in that delicate area. Don't give up on it, I feel it's promising...just takes practice, practice, practice. Give me about a week and I'll send an updated review. :-)

I like the concept it was fast and easy. I got the wrong color so I'm a not salty.
I plan to get my right color and start from scratch.

Been trying to return these horrible products for over a week and they make it so difficult! Do not take the risk. Just buy makeup from the store, do not trust this online scam.

I have the luminess spray machine and love it but it takes time to use. I wanted to try this method to see if it would be the same. I found even after following directions the foundation had a "mask" feel. I felt I had to use way too much of the hydration spray and still felt caked on and difficult to even out. I will stay with my luminess spray machine

Very difficult when trying to fix problem they said problem taken care of. They will send a replacement haven't gotten it and tracking number says it's at three different locations and it's not at any one of them I called all day I'm disabled and I do my shopping online and people are always talking our packages from our front door

The Gentleman that I explained what happened was so understanding assured me they will replace the stolen one with a new one and I still haven’t received or heard anything he said he would keep all the account numbers and tracking numbers the same. And that was it. I should receive a text from them and nothing I order this on the 4-6-2023.. that’s a long time

I had such high expectations for this product. It absolutely eats up the makeup so fast so I have to stop and load more drops constantly. It's just nothing like the commercials. Initially the reservoir was leaking so they replaced that. Then I sent an email to cancel because I just wasn't happy about how much I had to keep adding makeup but of course it was too late to get my money back or return it and the lady suggested that I not press as hard on the pump but that didn't make a difference at all. What a waste of my time and money. I'm so disappointed. And they just keep charging me. I'm disappointed and furious. Don't waste your hard-earned money or precious time!

The make up that I received doesn't match my skin tone how do I return it and get the skin tone that I need?

Is not sweat proof and separates on my face in just a few hours. I would like to return the product

Delivery was fast and product was packaged well. I love the brush and how good of a match the foundation is to my skin

I am a very busy working wife, mom and gramma.and am so excited to try it! Unfortunately, we have had family fun runs, holiday prep and not wearing makeup at my job is a better way to go. The shopping process was fantastic and as soon as I finally use it I will leave another review! Thank you!

Can't wait to try the product so I can give an actual review. Tried it on just as a shade match test. Seems pretty good since I ordered in tan and have a tan right now but when I fade, I'll need to probably get medium. Haven't wore it to work yet and I swear a lot at my job.

I am very impressed with the color match to my skin tone. Most foundations I try do not look like a natural skin tone or match mine so easily. Look and feels great when on! I'm actually very impressed and happy with it!

I used to hate wearing makeup because of how heavy it was on my skin. I did not like walking around knowing it was there. I love this product because you forget it's on! It's so light weight with an easy application. I only gave 4 stars because the shade I've received could be lighter! Don't sleep on this company, ladies!

I paid for products I never received and everytime I call my phone hangs up like yall blocked me I just want my money back yall are false advertising

I feel like a lot of the product goes to waste as I spray on the brush. It's too loud when I have to shake it before use. Not my shade, too dark... So I'm saving for my summer skin. But it has a nice even finish with the supplies brush and primer.

I have used the airbrush system twice, thus far. I have not been impressed with the product overall. The coverage is no better than the foundation I currently use. As a matter of fact it makes my pores look larger and bumps on my skin are more noticeable. It also leaves a tacky heavy feeling on my skin. I am going to give it another try before I reach out to customer service just in case the product I received has expired.

I really like the color and coverage. My skin is needing some time to adjust (two small pimples have come up), but I know that sometimes it takes my skin a bit to acclimate to new makeup.

It's is amazing just like as I seen just the make up spray goes out fast and if not applied right it will feel packed on your face and get over You are clothing other then that it is nice will recommend

I've only tried it twice so far. Found it easy to use after watching the tutorial links from the email. I've already ordered a few new products (neither shade foundation was a good fit for me). Can't wait to play around more.
