Although I liked the consistency and the coverage, it was a tad bit too dark for me.

I love you guys and I love the products by far the best hands down!

Didn't receive the eye shadow and lip colors compacts as promised. The lid of the bottle of hydrating illuminator had gotten loose and leaked all over the packaging! I'm going to try to make contact with them, and if I don't, it is probably not going to be a good relationship--and I will send back. Haven't used yet! The shades don't look like they'll be good for me--we'll see!

I've had other Luminess air brushes before and this one just distributes product so unevenly.

The system would not accept my manually added payment (annoying) but accepted it through Apple Pay 🤷🏽‍

I ordered on a whim in the middle of the night. By the time the product arrived, I'd decided as a 73 year old lady who hasn't worn makeup in 20 plus years, I would not use on a regular basis.
So I received instructions for returning the package and have received a full refund.

The starter kit came with colors that dont match my skin color so I've only used it once and I looked orange. It also looked to caked on but if I did a light coating it didn't cover up my rosacea which was the reason I got it in the first place. Now if I want to use it I have to buy more makeup that matches my skin tone. I dont understand why they didn't give me that option in the first place. Also it took a lot more drops to cover my face than advertised and if anything it enhances wrinkles, versus covering them up. Lastly the cleaning process is too long to consider using on a daily basis. Im sticking with my regular foundation.

I received my orderThe day before it was supposed to come everything came fine have use the product three times since I received my order and now the thing that sprays out the make up is spitting out make up and sometimes wont do anything, nothing comes outcomes out. Trigger seems to be loose. Someone needs to contact me to get this taken care of right away. I have cleaned this after every use so I know its not that.

I am absolutely in love with this product. I love the brush and the primer feels so refreshing. The foundation is just the right color and feels more like skincare than makeup. I will never go anywhere else for foundation.

The representative that I spoke to understood my call and made the necessary suggestions without hassling me. Was both professional and friendly throughout the entire call. He represented Luminess very well!

My order was received just as expected. The color match was dead on, the product holds up to it's claims and I am pleased with the quality and look and feel of the product. I do not wear full face make up often, but this product is exactly as described! I will order again.

Haven't tried the product yet but I had to opt out of and unsubscribe, way too many communications after ordering. Im only doing the survey which is yet another communication, to tell you that's too many

I just received the airbrush and am still learning how to use it. I watched the DVD and recommended tutorials, but airbrushing is still new to me. I do like it though. In terms of pricing, it was $20 with free shipping and just 3 monthly payments of $30, nothing over $120 or $200 (some of the other reviewers said). I knew there would be a monthly fee so I'm not worried about that. I'm excited to use it more!

The luminess airbrush was diffently not worth what paid for. They say makeup is sweat and waterproof. It isn't not at all. My eyes will water just a little and leaves a white streak down my face. So not real satisfied

I ordered the luminess kit that came with two bottles of foundation they sent me two bottles which were too dark (60 and 70) I called they sent me two more bottles a (30 and a 40). Those were two light and although there is a 50 they said I would have to pay for the bottle of 50. I let them know that I paid for a kit that included two bottles of foundation that I can use. Now I have four bottles that I cannot use and they are refusing to send me the 50 bottle unless I pay extra. I think it's unfortunate that they don't stand by their claim and assurance that they will be able to match a foundation to your face and then you pay for the machine that comes with two bottles and the understanding that they will match you and I still don't have two bottles that I can use. Very poor business practice.

I immediately fell in love with everything! Makeup looks so natural but covers enough, and I love how easy it is to use. Only complaint I have is my brush started to fall apart too soon, but very affordable to replace. I've ordered twice and will continue to do so!

The product was okay, looks nice but it does not stay. Rubs off very easily even with the primer and settingnspray.

Trying to find and return the 14 day trial product has been a hassle and i still can't figure out how to do it. Contacting customer service chat does not work. Would not recommend anyone do the 14 day trial unless you want to pay for it.

Nonexistent. I tried to contact but jone of the forms of contact work. I am now stuck paying for a product on the 14 day trial that i do not want.

Product is ok not for me. I would like to return the product.

I've used Luminess products before but this, I love! Comes with a primer too. Its one and done! So to speak. I'll admit I'll never be the full face of make up type of woman but Its light and gives full coverage and it looks like I have nothing on. I love it!
