Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
I like this product, but I don't think I'll continue using it. It kind of just sits on top of my skin and gives my skin an odd looking texture. It hasn't irritated my skin at all though. I just don't care for the look of the finished product.
This is an amazing product. And a big step in the make of industry. I do wish that the foundation was a little more buildable, but you cannot beat the primer. It makes your skin feel like silk. And makes the foundation last twice as long..

I'm by no means a make up type person. I only wear it on very special occasions and I'm not very good at it. The site made it easy to find something even I could use. I break out from most makeups but this says it's pretty natural. We shall see. I had a very good experience with the site and I feel others who apply makeup daily will find it even easier than I.

The unit I was sent was not functional and would not charge nor turn on. Now, you are sending me a new unit, but will only give a credit of 10$ to send the faulty one back. This has already cost me money and I have not been able to use it. I also have to call when I receive a hopefully working unit to begin my 30 day trial, as well call back to get the $10 credit when I have the tracking number for the faulty device. Over all not happy with this experience at all.

Sad items are back ordered and wondering why I didnt have the option for more foundation choices because of the two I received... one is not even close to my skin tone and the other is a bit too dark? So can I exchange them... i want to try product.
Product is excellent, except foundation cannot match my very light skin color. Customer service resisted taking product back repeatedly, and no refund was available. I had to pay for trial, plus shipping back. The advertisement is very close to fraud, and customer service pressure is borderline intimidation.
Although the coverage was fine and the feel was very light, it takes too long to apply the makeup. This is not what I wanted, so I am returning it. When you call customer service, stay on the line until they answer. They will try to get you to keep the product, but stick to your guns, if, in fact, you want to return it. The rep was very nice, but not at all happy that I wanted to return the items.
I must say for a girl who is covered in freckles and doesn't want to hide them, this is such a great product! It didn't cover them at all which is hard to find a product that doesn't. I did do the shade match and got what was recommended however, it's too light for me. I should have gone a shade up. I love the the look and how it feels like you aren't wearing anything. Will definitely purchase the next shade up in the future.

I contacted customer service to find out what I needed to do choose a lighter shade of foundation than originally selected and the customer service tech was very helpful and was able to take care of my issue quickly. Thanks Luminess!

I used this one time and it went on well. The second time I put it on, it was literally brown/green. Which sucked because I was in a hurry and needed to look nice so I have to start all over. I have not had a chance to contact them about this yet, however I will be doing so. It went on so perfectly the first time. Maybe this was a bad batch? Still loving the primer though!

The colors are very off and I am not excited about calling to get them replaced or exchanged. The spray foundation is too white and hazy and the liquid foundation is very red. And my Luminese Air hasn't been working as well as it used to. It's just such a hassle to remember to make time to call during business hours.

Luminess is great. I have always tries foundation and powder along with moisturizers prior to putting on the makeup never a good turn out. Wth Luminess my face looks great with just the 2 applications.

I think a persons skin type should have lot to decide on what you would need for a flawless makeup - wrinkles, dark spots, etc. what is the buyer tring to achieve - this should be consideration before selling what she does need or doesn't, which maybe she just wants to improve herself. I think more time needed to see how to use the luminess - I felt that I wasn't getting the coverage like to see on TV. Of maybe the foundation is the wrong color -

Ordering was fine, just wasn't able to follow the order so I didn't know when it was going to be here. The makeup itself makes my skin soft but doesn't cover like I wished it would. I'm not sure if I'll keep it and pay for it or send it back but I probably won't order anything else.

I like the offer to try it before paying full price! Easy process. I think it goes on smoothly and feels silky. I thought it would cover up and blend a little bit better based on the advertisement. Covering up any blemishes, dark spots or pores. I just started using it, so I think I need a little more time to get the full experience!

Ordered it,didn't like it. Paid to have it returned plus tracking. They said they didn't have to issue a return because my reason wasn't a valid reason? Not liking something is the very reason to return it. Shady company.

I tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me an huge fee to cancel so I am stuck. Forget it if you wear glasses because the makeup comes right off onto your glasses and leaves the imprint on your face and you can't fix it because it's a spray. Very messy and horrible customer service.

I have used Luminess for 6 years now. Ordered the Breeze system a couple months ago. Used it 3 times, the 4th time it would not work, only sprays air. I have cleaned system after each use properly & it's just not a good product. The original system I got 6 yrs ago still works fantastically!
