Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
After I received my package, I had questions and Sam explained everything in detail, was very professional and followed up with an email for my reference. Hard to find customer service like that nowadays. Thank you Sam and thank you Luminess.
Thinking it might get better with practice. As of right now, the product doesn't feel light, but that might be because I am applying it wrong... I will keep trying to see if it gets better with skill.
After reading reviews of others I will NOT be ordering this product. Old, dated, not in tune with current product and needs. No thanks. Unless I am an uneducated person there is no reason to order this product.
Disappointed from the get go-ordered on 12/16 and just received on 12/29. It's a clunky product and process, not smooth. The product is not good quality, lacks complete coverage and the colors didn't match my skin well. I'll be sending back.

Though I like the idea of this type of delivery, and the system works well, The makeup was very average and looks matte. As an older person, it made my skin look flat and powdered. I bought the 4:1 silk foundation.
I had to negotiate with Customer service to get an RA# which took several attempts on hold. Since the customer service is off shore of the US, it was difficult to communicate. We finally resolved the situation after 30 minutes on the phone.
To try the concept. And to cover age spots. It did cover the spots very well!

It seems a yellow for my skin, not sure if its not the perfect skin tone for me

The products where all opened, not sealed and I will more than likely have to return the system because all lights are staying on. It will not change as the directions indicate. Pretty bummed out. I waited years to be able to purchase this product and it's like I received somebody's item that they returned
I have been wanting one for years. I don't like wearing heavy makeup and this looked like a perfect product for me.

Easy to use, total light coverage at a reasonable price.
This is my second luminessair as my girlfriend liked mine so much I gave it to her to use at her wedding! As an older woman with combination skin, I love the coverage which doesn't cause lines of makeup. Once you get it you will never use store bought foundation!
The Luminess experience has been great; however, I am not satisfied with the makeup. The spray gets everywhere and does not create the clear matte finish that I really wanted and expected. I do love the serum that was in the package, but overall do not feel that spending the amount of money that is required to continue with the Luminess package is worth my while. The experience throughout dealing with Luminess was terrific. The package was shipped out quickly and packaged very nicely. I wanted so badly to love the products but just do not. And I do not think that the color was the greatest on me. It also seemed to make my face shine, which I do not like. Made it look oily.

I have used it once at this point and the product is great. I don't like the feel of foundation on my skin, but this feels like my normal skin. It is not tacky or sticky. It melts into my skin and feels great! It was an exact color match as well!

Fast and easy. I travel for work so when I returned home my package had arrived. I have not used yet or checked the color but all looks good.

I placed a first-time order on January 24th. It is February 12th and I still haven't received anything. I will not re-order as Waiting 3 weeks for an order to arrive is unacceptable.

This foundation was a perfect match! It feels like nothing is on my face. Coverage is amazing. My makeup lasted all day without fading,or creasing. I highly recommend this foundation. It will change your makeup routine forever.

I loved the process and makeup but the color was a little dark. I called very easily I might add because the info was on the package. They are sending me a new color along with pushing my trial date! This is a great company to work with!

I did not receive the make up in my kit, called the day I received it. Talked with a very nice person, unfortunately he began to tell me that he was going to charge me a service charge for the item that was suppose to be included in the shipment, at that point I was ready to send it all back but he supposedly checked and then told me the charge was omitted and the rest of my order would be sent.

I had bought the original Luminess several years ago which was difficult to use. This one seems much easier since it's cordless and easier to travel with.

Got it very quickly and it is a full size product so do not think that you are getting ripped off. I'm very impressed with thisse items however it kind of makes me feel like I'm spray painting myself ha ha ha

To start off I called and was very worried I was going to get some pushy customer service rep that care about sales, I didn't. The male I was talking to me was very informative and patient. I'm a guy who doesn't know jack about make up and this guys was amazing and all about the customer. Got my package at a fast time frame and can't wait to surprise my wife.
