Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
I received my product on 01/13/2018 and went to try it out and it would not turn on. I have called to let customer service know and they are replacing my original with a new, however, it will still take 2-3 weeks. That's a bummer.
So far the foundation is a good experience. I breakout pretty easy with certain foundations and after wearing all day my face usually is shiny and oily looking. Thus far after 3 days of wearing the foundation I haven't had any breakouts and my face doesn't look too oily/shiny...just a little, which is better than other foundations I have tried. I will continue to wear the foundation and hope for continued positive outcome.
I bought this for myself but the color is a little bit dark so I gave it to my daughter and you don't even tell the difference, It looks nice on her, a perfect match and the brush is so soft. Thank you Luminess. I'm going to order a different color for myself

I have had a luminess airbrush in the past and it quite working. So I decided to try it again. Love the product. It does a great job and it goes on with much less makeup making my face look a less "caked". I am about 10 years older so it differently helps with the wrinkles.

Although the product looked good on my face, it was way too messy trying to get the product on the brush. It got on my sink as well. I tried several times, but it still happened. Possibly error on my part, but I will not order this again.

The package was was shipped quickly and received without any problems... I am trying to master the technique. I think it is going to take me some time to do so. I need to get a lighter shade too. This one is too dark. If I can not master it shortly, I will send it back.
I barely use foundation as I dont like the feel of it. But so far its been 2 days since I used it and I like how it feels and look on me. It feels like I'm not using foundation. I can't say much about customer service as I have not had the chance to speak to them

Don't do business with these people, won't refund ur money, I personally have affidavit with texas attorney General for decective practices, please women, read their pitiful reviews, steer clear of this company. Now going under "breeze". Hundreds of woman have complaints filed with bbb and beyond!

So I received my package with the luminess product and everything was scarcely packaged and set a perfect receiving on our end accountant for everything that was supposed to be in the package. The only comment I would have is that to make it a little easier for people that I have not use the product before instructions on how to apply, everything has very small writing, so geared to very young audience

I love the application process of the primer and foundation. My base is super smooth and flawless. However, the foundation gives medium coverage and my shades match was too light but other than that, great products!

The support team was great but someone needs to re-test your mobile app prototype. You have issues with the log in / sign up process by offering to sign in with Chrome it invalidates the site because of Google chrome's rules. It causes multiple issues. Someone needs to go through it again especially if you are offering your mobile app to every customer.

Called Customer Service to cancel, the shades do not match my complexion, I was on hold for 30 minutes, finally I asked for a call back, stated I would receive a call with 24-48 hours, it's been 3 days, and no call back. I was suppose to receive eye shadow, lipstick and mascara, and I only received eye shadow with no way to apply I guess just with your fingers. Not very happy with the product or the customer service. This was a very bad purchase.
I have never use a foundation that was so smooth and natural looking on my skin. Being a woman of color and on the lighter side of complexion it is hard to find the right color balance. I love that I can mix colors to get that perfect result. Also this product apply and drys son fast and doesn't run off on clothes.

I finally decided to buy the Luminess system. They sent me 2. Then said I was on the 30 day trial. And said I was on auto-pay/auto ship, which I specifically did not want. I wrote to them explaining this, on their 'contract us' page on their website. I still have not heard back from them on this. Kinda disappointed so far.

The mascara did not come with the order. It came with two makeup colors and I can't get it to look like the advertisements on TV. It makes my winkles more prominent. I didn't realize I would have to come up with another $120 if I keep the machine. I didn't realize that I would have to keep buying more product on a club type basis. I'll give it the trial period before my final decision.
I have not received my order, and I even sprung for the primer. I was really looking forward to trying the product and had even read on a couple other reviews that people hadn't received their orders. Hoping that those were flukes or something, I decided to go ahead with my order. But nothing. I am super disappointed.

It was a little difficult to pick out my shade. Reading through the reviews several people had commented that they were happy with the product itself but that the shade they were matched with was much too light for their skin tone. With that said I hope that I decided on the right shade…
Called several times to cancel, unable to even get through until today. The agent tired the entire time to have me agree to continue, reduced cost, reduced frequency, and would not just take no for an answer. After finally saying he would cancel, he then said they would still charge me AND to read the terms on the site. Complete BS. If i even liked the product, I would NEVER go back again and tell everyone to NOT buy this!

I purchased this makeup and it was the worst purchase ever! The color was hideous and they refused to refund my money. Will NEVER buy or recommend this product! Their customer service is horrible! I have never had trouble matching my color. This was almost white

I received the product and the free gift (except the mascara because it is on back order) and did try it a couple of times. It takes more makeup than advertised and doesn't cover all of the spots on my face. I don't find the tool as easy to hold as they say it is. It does, however, even out skin tone and takes away the redness. I would say this is a 50/50 shot of the product working or not working. Not looking forward to paying the high prices for the foundations, primers/ blushes, etc.
I love the try before you buy. Will recommend it to my friends and family.
