Luminess didn't hold to its promises. Not only I didn't get the right foundation colors, but they charged me 20$ more than the 50$ payment they we're not supposed to take on my credit card, and considering that there was no way to negociate a longer trying period because I didn't get the right colors (too orange! Not natural at all), I was supposed to return it no-charges, but finally, they charging me shipping fees minus 10$ credit that I don't know if i'll see the color :( Big big deception!

If I could turn back time I would convince the mother of the person who made this commerical to abort. I am so tired to this stupid commercial. If I ever thought of buying ur product u have ruined it with the ridiculous amount of commercials u have. Sounds like desperation to me...

After ordering online several times, with other companies, I was skeptical that I would actually recieve the order, but it arrived, true to their word, and in a very timely manner. I was impressed with everything I got and even a couple of surprises I was not expecting! Thank you!

Honestly it wasn't as smooth as it looked on the videos the first time I applied the product. I made sure to fully allow my moisturizer to absorb the second time and made sure to prime my face, and added much less.

I ordered a bottle of color 3 and a bottle of color 4. These are the same colors I used before. I opened and used color 3 and it was much to dark. I called the phone number to get a ra to return, only to find out that returns are not allowed if you are not on the auto delivery program. The young man stated it was because of contamination reasons. He told me they had changed the colors because you can mix them in the color chamber. They did say they would send me 1 bottle of another color if I paid the shipping. It is just too bad on the unopened bottle. I have not received that bottle yet, so I will have to wait and see how that part turns out.

I received the spray bottles and brush. The application is messy. I had to clean my sink afterwards. The quality is good though. The coverage is good, it doesn't look caked on. It looks very natural. Its overall a good product.

As a licensed cosmetologist I am loving it ao far. I need a little more practice. I also need different color match on Blush. I love the coverage. It's the first time I do not see my pores and makeup sitting inside of them.

As an older woman nearing 70 I am pleasantly surprised at how much I liked your product. I assume I can visit your website when I'd like to reorder. I am curious as to how long this current container will last.

I think there is a learning curve for me. I did the spray tan last night... and over did it. But I love how easy it is to use. I do have a leak though... I have to figure that out. Customer service is awesome though. I am going to keep trying to I get this right! THanks! Dawn

I have been wanting to try this for years. I use to use something similar from another company but cost to much.
It's easy to use face feel great without the caked makeup look. The shade I chose matches perfectly.

I can never find makeup that covers my red blotchy skin. I tried it for the first time and I am surprised that it covered my red/dark spots face.
After application, my skin did feel soft to the touch, which truly surprised me.

Worst company! Cannot cancel! They don't answer phones! Tell you to wait 72 hours! If you miss their call... oh well. Look forward to a new free trial without an option to cancel because they won't let you cancel. You cannot send an email... you cannot talk to a rep because they are "overworked" and can't answer! Terrible! Go to walgreens and buy make-up... it's not worth the stress of all the time if you want to cancel!

The makeup breaks my skin out. I cannot continue to use the product.

So far so good! Smooth and lightweight It came fast and I like the color match my skin fairly well and it seems doing pretty much the whole day and I swear at my job quite a bit and it did not come off.

I returned the items - unopened. I changed my mind, as I also did not see in any part of the ad that it was a trial and that I would be billed additional charges. I am on a fixed income and could not justify the costs.

I think the color is slightly off and not as "air sprayed" look as expected/advertised

The girl I talked to on the weekend was terrible at giving an update as to when my package would arrive. It was over 2 weeks before it shipped. I callled and requested a cancellation and they granted it then the next day it shipped out anyways.😑

Thought I was getting a "sale" price, but that only led to an auto subscription of monthly shipments I don't want. Called customer service to resolve the issue with ZERO resolution other than to be tpld my shipment would be canceled but I would still be charged a lower monthly fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor, that didn't happen, instead the rep hung up on me. Extremely frustrating, very poor service after the sale. Love the their products, but not sure I'll ever buy again.

I hope this stuff works I have really bad scars I just want my pretty back an I want to look beautiful for my husband he thinks I'm beautiful anyway but thank you...
Ok I got my lumpiness I love it it's so light on my skin...I should of got a little bit darker on the foundation u can still see my scars real bad so.,...

The shopping experience was just fine. The process of picking the product I wanted to buy, filling in the boxes w my info, and making the purchase was easy and pleasant, and the product was shipped fairly quick compared to a lot of other things I've ordered online! The product however was very disappointing…1: it takes quite a bit more product to actually cover your entire face than I ever would expect, 2: it does not look like a flawless airbrushes look that I was expecting, 3: it does not last that long at all especially if you are outside in any heat and sweat even just a very little bit, and 4: it is like it just soaks into your skin causing your skin to feel extremely oily and greasy to touch!
Very disappointing, I had high expectations for this product and it was an epic let down. :(

It says to spray one inch away from the brush when you do that basically your spray painting your bathroom the shade color that you chose my sink is covered in the one time application that's what I dislike but I do like the coverage and the way the product applies to the skin

It takes practice. Follow the tutorials and practice! I read the small print so that I knew what the terms were before ordering. When I started practicing I had to make adjustments around my eyes to soften the look (I just used products I already had), and had to adjust the "layering" of product on my face and neck to get it right for my skin. I have large pores so I knew a primer would be necessary. Now, it takes me five minutes to put on primer, foundation, blush, and eye shadow. I totally recommend it.

No experience I don't do surveys you're asking me for my experience my experience with, but I ordered it myself on my phone. I didn't speak to any customer service and I'm not want to do surveys are experiences until I have at least have the product for three months so don't bother me.
