I haven't received the entire package. I don't have the brush to apply the product. Customer service said I didn't receive one because they were out of stock. I asked, then how can I apply it and they responded I can't without the brush. So I was they would put in the notes to send me one when they get more brushes also I have to call on Monday to see if they have received any so ‍

I received my product on time to try my choice first. The color match was perfect for me. I love the products! I got the bottles of foundation and primer and brush. It's perfect for me. It blends perfectly and stays on in 105 degree weather!

The makeup doesn't match my skin. One shade is to pale and the next one up is to yellowish. Even mixing the 2 shaded didnt work nor do i want to buy 2 shades to get a match. The breeze machine doesn't work right. The makeup stays wet on my face and shows every line and crease

The person I talked to was helpful but it's sketchy I have to wait all day for a call back and the chat button does nothing on the app or website

I absolutely love this primer and foundation! It is so light on my skin, it covers imperfections and covers the appearance of my crows feet and pores. It is great for my mature skin. It doesn't cake up or look unnatural, it's a filter in a bottle! You have got a customer for life!

I ordered this hoping it would speed up my makeup process in the morning. My old foundation I've been using I have to mix with another because one is too light and one is too dark. I think the color I got with luminess is too dark. It makes me look orange. My family says it doesn't but I think they're just trying to be nice. So I'm not loving the color. I did order the skin perfector...can't remember the name something veil. It's amazing. If I had good skin I would use it and skip makeup altogether.

First time using airbrush makeup. The color matches my skin tone perfectly and sprays on flawlessly. I'm loving it. Since it is my first time using an aerosol spray makeup, I tend to get it in my hair. It would be nice if the package included something to cover hair while using the makeup.

I never used this, instead I have returned it back to you. It is in the mail as of today with the return label you provided for me. Please notify me when you receive it and refunded my money back to my credit card.

I was happy with my purchase. I've already used it three times. It looks great.

Unfortunately, my color doesn't match at all and also when you spray the foundation on the brush it gets all over the place. The pressure in the cans is too high and if you try putting the primer or foundation directly on your face, it hurts.

I discovered that they were charging me almost double and they even charged me beyond the amount of times that they were supposed to I had already paid for my. Airbrush and they still charged me another monthly bill when I asked for the money back. I was told it would be 3 to 5 days and it has been a week It was never received so I just canceled everything.

I bought some thing on sale and did not get what I ordered. There were 3 of the concealer.25 for 15 dollar.I order two difrount concealer.You sent me one warm beige.50 and some thing else Ochre don't even no what that is and it was also.50 so you shorted me.50 on my order. How do you plan on making that right

I have been looking for a foundation that didn't leave my skin looking like the make up was caked on. I've tried everything and no matter how little or how much I applied, my make-up didn't quite look right. I've tried powers and creams and both provided the same result. I wanted a natural look that would blend evenly and I found it in Luminess. I love the way it glides and blends and doesn't settle in my lines and hides my pores.

My friends and I decided to try the products of this brand. We bought mascara, lisps sticks with different colors, foundations, eye shadows, blushes, powders, and eyeliners. The quality is really good, mascara holds all day and looks nice. My recommendations!

The ordering process is super easy. I actually went down one shade from what was suggested, and it's the closest match I've found to my actual skin tone. Easy to apply, and live the buildable coverage.

I received my order, and I have used it twice. It's not the right color for my skin and when I used the primer it balled up on my skin and had to wipe it off. I will contact customer service for a change in color to try it again.

I don't wear foundation due to breakouts but decided to give this product a try. First of all the advertisement is the truth! So I honestly can say this is the first time that I'm using primer and foundation and I love this product. It's fast to put on and it doesn't get oily on me. And it last all day until you take it off. Next time I will get a lighter tone. Also no problem so far from breakouts. I'm giving it 10

I've been waiting very impatiently cause I can't wait to use luniness I tracked the tracking b number multiple times a day b then ask if ac sudden tracking says it has be. But I never received my package I thought I would just wait and hopefully it would show up and stuff nothing

The summary did not confirm my color choice. It was also not initially clear to me that there would be a $9 service fee per installment. Additionally, I used the online chat to cancel my order on the same day. Buyer's remorse. I was told I could not cancel because the order already shipped. That was inaccurate. I received an email days later saying it shipped.

I am very impressed with this product, the packaging was great. This was the first time I use the system and the coverage is amazing, it feels so light on your skin unlike normal foundation. Easy to use and very nicely designed. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I order my item on 12-14 and just got on 12-29. That is not very good. I used it for first time and did the cleaning after. I don't think I like the tightness it gives my face with the makeup on. Not sure this product is for me.

I am happy with my shopping experience; the color match was perfect!
However, I am unable to get full coverage with this foundation. I wonder if it is because I am using the brush system ( would it work better with the machine). I do love how it is lightweight.
