Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
I can't find any instructions on how and in what order the serum, moisturizer, concealer, foundation and setting spray are to be applied. Are they applied separately?

Delivery time was very long and the color was way off but I think the product might be ok if I had the right color

I was very, very skeptical about this product, but after seeing the commercials for years, I broke down and gave it a try. What a disappointment. I tried multiple times to make this thing do even a little of what the commercials promised, but to no avail. The air blows out and eventually some makeup comes out and starts to cover, then it goes SPLAT and I have a big glob. I figure I did something wrong so I start over. Get a little better the second time by adding more drops, but when I look close in the mirror all I see is a desert wasteland. The makeup is sitting on top of my skin and has not covered correctly. Think of a dry lakebed with cracks, and now the cracks are highlighted to see them better. Note... my skin is not dry, it's oily and I had just washed. The same thing happened every time I tried to improve the performance of this machine. I even tried using a primer first, but that didn't help. Also, this stuff never feels dry. My skin felt like I was running my fingers over damp rubber. I'm going back to mineral makeup.
I called to cancel and clearly the reps are required to 'save' the sale, but all that did it make me mad. Seriously, how many times do I need to say no? No is a sentence. Your poor reps are probably embarrassed when they have to keep pummeling a customer, and it certainly didn't do anything to change my opinion of your company. You managed to get two starts because the rep was nice.
I see the commercials constantly and I thought, well they use airbrushes on actors/actresses and they look great, so it must work. Nope. It might work for someone with perfect skin, but that's it.
Was quick and simple I loved that it matched my skin tone and it did feel heavy at all on my face

Ordered online said it was delivered but it wasn't. Called in to get either a refund or new make up shipped. But at this point would rather have the refund takes way to long!

I've cancelled and still they keep sending more makeup. I don't like their product I am not happy with it. I've cancelled it and yet they keep on sending more makeup and charging my card. Ridiculous!

I'm 42 and I tried SOOOO MANY concealers and foundations, and I didn't like them. I tried Luminess and it's the only foundation I love! No concealers you need to use with Luminess! BEST FOUNDATION EVER! Thank you Luminess!

The color I got was not the right color for me I put it on and my face was orange I need another color match quiz I tried again it said 65 and 60 the other time so I'd like to try the right color to actually test
