I selected the options based on the available questionnaire. I have a medium to deep complexion. Finding color matches have always been difficult. Your match, though not exact, has been the closest match I've had in years. I enjoyed the feel of the product and the fact that it took little coverage to make my discoloration seem less noticeable. However, I would like to see more options for color matching for women of color. If I go shade lighter the colors would look ashy on my skin. My current match make my skin appear reddish and unnatural.

It feels and looks like I don't have on makeup. It's flawless. I tried wiping off and nothing. It stays on. I am beyond amazed that it works. I was skeptical at first, but it truly matches my skin tone.

Love the makeup but was very disappointed in reference to what was told/I advertisement I felt that it was false because it showed that the eraser was going to be free as a gift, but I was charged for it

Color was not a match and charged me before the 14 days. I tried to chat but it was never working. So eventually found an email. They were quick to respond to that

I was unable to obtain the color foundation I wanted and settled for the light fair. It went on smoothly but did not cover flaws and wrinkles on my face. Also was not really moist enough as my face looked somewhat dry after applying. Can Also purchased the medium tan to cover freckles on my chest and arms. Didn't even come close to covering anything. Just made the skin darker. I get a refund?

Luminess does not cover dark spots or other flaws. It looks like it's caked on your face. I will not be ordering it.

I can't say anything negative about this product, however, I did not like the shade that I picked. My skin tone was more like I had a tan but I wanted to look natural. I like how the make up is applied it's not messy almost like a matt look but better. I can't give a proper review because I've only used the make once, but I really don't know if it will hold up throughout the day because I washed it off. I don't know maybe I would try it again but just another shade just maybe I could give a better review.

I did not appreciate an email that I've received stating that they were going to deduct my next payment when I haven't had the opportunity to try the makeup on, it want even 3 days. I think that was one of the reasons why I canceled the subscription because I don't like when people start playing with my money, and telling me what their going to do with my account without my authorization.

The person working customer service was so caring and understanding, he took care of my problem easily even though I was my fault. Thank you so much 💗

I ordered a color based on the models, some video testimonials I saw from women with similar skin tones and did the color match questions. I am an African American women in my 50"s. Fortunately I got it right. I was skeptical when I first used it because I have sensitive skin that will react right away, but so far I have used it twice for church and a wedding. It went on smoothly, and its really light, blended well and made my skin look so bright and smooth. I got several compliments about how pretty my skin looked and think the Luminess had something to do with that. I will say that it seems to come off easily and I was a little shiny at times but a pat with blotter did the job, so perhaps I used a little too much. Will use a little less next time and add my finishing spray the next time I wear it. So far I really like it, no outbreak or itching and glad I made the choice to try it. I may have to go one slight shade darker when the summer comes since I tan a bit.

I only like the primer. The foundation not so much. It seems to roll up and cake and washing it off is a process
