Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
Listing the color would have been helpful. This is ridiculous that I have to write at least 50 characters
Too dark, too orange
I don't know what else to say! I put it on with brush. Looked very orangey. Did not do what ad showed at all. I guess I could try a different color. I did do he questionnaire to try to get the right color, but that didn't work out great.

I love this product so much that I will continue to get frustrated ordering it. I don't know if there is more than one site or what happened, but it was super frustrating and I felt like I was going in circles trying to order replacements for my products, but hey, when you find what works for you to do what you have to.

I have used Luminess makeup years ago. I love the way it feels on your skin. The sight was very easy to use and helpful if questions.

My first color match was a little off. I reached out to see if I could exchange my original order to try another shade & they immediately shipped a new shade out, no problem! Excellent customer service.

I didn't even need to ship the incorrect shade back! Was told I could keep the original primer & either give the incorrect shade to a friend or dispose of it. Excellent customer service!! It doesn't work for me at all. I am 77 and have a lot of wrinkles in my face. The makeup settles into my wrinkles.

The luminess containers just arrived in the mail today. It took about 3wks, however I am excited to try them out!
The make up looks so natural. Blends well with my skin tone. I only had to use a little amount to get an exceptional outcome. I am definitely in!

I love this product because of the smooth way it covers my face. I have large pores and this product covers more of my pores. The added bonus is, no caking!

I ordered the Luminess foundation and when it arrived, it was too dark. I emailed the company and the situation was resolved quickly and without an issue. They sent me the correct foundation and it is wonderful!

You see the commercials before & after and wonder would that work for me? I've been excited since the day I ordered it. After a slight initial hiccup in ordering ( which luminess corrected immediately) I have been on a slow start playing around with colors and the air brush. I ordered 2 colors although I think I will exchange one of them-makes an orangish glow, and I'm learning more every day. It is the lightest makeup I've ever tried and it lasts all day.
One of the bottles of foundation I rec'd was only half full. I took a picture of the bottle and sent it to their customer service and they were sending out a new bottle the following day. It arrived yesterday. Very helpful and spoke english well enough to understand perfectly.
Sorry world but companies that hire people to work in customer service that don't speak english or don't speak it well are wasting their money and the customers time. A good experience overall. A-

I love the product, but I'm receiving 2 orders each month. I called to cancel 1 about 3 weeks ago. I was assured it was taken care of, but I just received 2 more packages.
They said they would cancel the auto shop. I’m still getting 2 shipments a month.

Delivery was right on time. Ordering was easy. Product does exactly what is expected. Color was a perfect match to my skin.

The color is perfect. Only 2 things I'm not 100% happy about: 1. When I spray on the brush, the product makes a mess in my sink; 2. The product does not set to where it's dry. If I'm not careful, I'll have makeup on my hands, then on my clothes. My Revlon Color Stay does a much better job at not transferring the color. The color set only helps a little.
